I didn't actually visit for a haircut - but the spa above. Absolutely brilliant service. Best spa for waxing I've been too for many years. It is now my place for all over wax and on occasions eye lash treatment.

The treatment of customers is first class. It's friendly but not invasion. I sometimes chat and sometimes get on with my emails and reading whilst being waxed.

Anything is okay with Lisa. She is calm, welcoming, high skilled at waxing and reading customers. Please visit.

Wanted to say a warm thank you to the team at Toni and Guy for the happy experience I had today with Bruno who cut and styled my hair. He was very welcoming and patient with the requests I asked for my haircut; I felt comfortable asking him if he could touch up certain parts because he was very friendly and attentive! He did a really wonderful job with my requests and took out a lot of the weight in my hair which feels amazing :) I am very thankful!

Friendly staff. They did my little sister's hair yesterday and did nice job despite her really thick hair. They even advised my sister how to take care of her hair.

I have been having my hair cut and coloured here since December 2021 with Dan. I used to use Toni&Guy Maidstone years ago but then moved out of the area. As I had experienced back then the fantastic, professional advice still remains I have my hair cut and coloured by Dan, his years of experience in the profession always shine through. I always leave with a beautiful colour and a beautifully cut long hairstyle that is easy for me to maintain daily, an essential for my busy life. I would highly recommend this long standing salon.

It’s taken months for another hairdresser to slowly sort out the mess of my haircut at this salon. My hair was quite long when I went in and I wanted a nice, simply layered bob. He started by hacking a few inches off my hair and it was clear he had overdone it and messed it up. He continued to layer it and it was way to short. It looked like my hair had been cut with a box cutter. £70 for that mess that has taken months to grow out
