Had a couple of cuts here, I keep saving it for special occasions because its so costly. I would only say that (after my cut) I described myself as low maintenance with styling to the hairdresser yet I walked out of the salon with silly curls put in random places which fell out really quick and looked rubbish so had to practically wash it and restyle when I got home.

Not just fabulous cuts but the stylists and receptionist who looked after us today were just wonderful with my autistic daughter. Patient , friendly and good fun. Just perfect. Thank you so much !

I visited Toni and Guy for the first time today, and had my hair cut by Ringo. Very happy with my cut, and extremely happy with the general service I received. All the staff were friendly, and Ringo was super lovely. Would recommend :)

I went to have my hair cut and styled today and had the loveliest hairdresser named Brett! He was so lovely and I was so happy with my hair cut :) during my appointment I started to not feel very well and actually fainted ! Everyone working at the store at the time were so friendly and took such good care of me :) thank you to all the staff for making me feel better :)

I was bought a voucher so came and had my hair done and literally left nearly in tears. My hair wasn’t great at all, and the finish was dreadful! I had money left and my daughter needed a trim so I booked her into use the rest. Unfortunately we ended up with the same lady who like my appointment barely said a word… I left my daughter to it and when I came back again she didn’t finish my daughters hair as we asked! Spending £50 on a child’s hair is NOT cheap especially for a wash and trim. The least they could of done is styled it as we asked. Will not be returning or recommend

Awful experience. They damaged my hair. Customer service at this Canterbury branch is appalling. I paid £140 to have ginger put into the lower half of my hair. I washed my hair once and all the colour washed out with the water. I tried to resolve the issue with the branch manager Joanne and owner Lee, however they were deeply against providing a refund. Despite providing photographic evidence of the damage caused to my hair after being refused Olaplex by colourist Bo. My hair is falling out in bundles and is incredibly dry. They seem to not care about this at all. I was also charged full price despite having a student discount. No action was taken against the botched colour job I received as unfortunately there is nepotism in the branch. The colourist Bo is the salon owner (Lee’s) daughter. I have now escalated this issue to their head office. So many things went wrong that there’s simply not enough space in this review to write it! I was also passed between 4 different people to style my hair, with 2 of them giving up complaining I had too much hair! Awful salon not worth the price. Avoid @ all costs!

I have been coming here for many years, and I highly recommend it. The stylists are very good, experienced and professional; and wonderful with children.

I first went here for a Blow dry with Bo and she was lovely, my hair stayed the whole night and she made sure I liked it. I also got my hair coloured/cut recently with Bo and another hairdresser and they both made sure I was very happy with my hair. The colours amazing and I love my short bangs. Definitely recommend coming to this salon. Very lovely attentive staff
