Hair At Samuel Jacob

I was really surprised to read the reviews on this site. I had my first cut and colour there recently and I thought all the girls were great. It was a lovey atmosphere and I was really pleased with the end result (and I am fussy about my hair). I have given Samuel Jacob's 5 stars and I will definitely be going back.

AVOID THIS HAIRDRESSER!!!!
Ripped off completely... charged £75 for a trim and colour when price list clearly states £43, refused refund of difference as she "charges her own prices" rather than what she advertises... her own words!!!
This was paid in advance for a birthday gift for my sister and unfortunately I wasn't there when her hair was done!
Disgusting customer service,a very rude owner and I will warn anyone to stay away!

Love getting my hair done with these lovely ladies. So friendly. I'm always happy with my hair. Hope to go soon to get my hair done again. 😀👍

I am very disappointed with the hair style. I made it clear when I arrived that I now wanted my hair wavy. The stylist told me she would give my hair body and started straightening my hair and it took a few minutes to realise my hair was not going to be wavy but dead straight. After saying this was not what I required, another stylist tried to put product on my hair to wave it, but it was too late. I had to go home, wash my hair and style it myself.
