It was my first time at Headmaster’s - as my usual hairdresser was closed that day. So glad I went! I was welcomed into the brightest and cleanest salon by the lovely Katherine, who gave me a consultation and discussed in detail what I needed. She proceeded to give me one of the most stylist and chic haircuts I’ve ever had, perfectly suited to the shape of my face. I got loads of compliments as a result! Thanks a lot! Will be back again!

I had previously been subject to two bad haircuts elsewhere so I was again apprehensive. Keely was lovely however took longer than the hour (as she had the time) and kept asking my opinion throughout. She was bubbly and easy to chat away to and I had a brilliant experience. In the headmasters it is nice and clean and a tea and coffee is kindly offered up. I must say I have never had so many compliments about my hair and I am still smiling ear to ear about it three weeks later!!

I have visit this headmasters salon third time already. First impression was wow nicely done my hair. Second time was so bad, they paint my hair horribly, and had to change for another hairstyler to fix a mess was done. And now was my third visit and my very last visit. No more, hairstylist completely misunderstood, or forgot what I asked, job was done in a rush, and at very end because I didn't like blow dry style and I asked to straighten my hair, hairdresser got upset and I could feel it from her sights. I feel disappointed, and I thought I could get done a better haircut elsewhere.

I had my hair colour done for the first time and i was introduced by this lovely lady who made feel at ease. She was telling me what will be doing to my hair and i felt soo comfortable. defo recommend the service and so glad ive done it.

Wimbledon broadway- so unprofessional ! My highlights are awful! The roots are completely different blonde to rest of my hair and I even paid extra for a toner and it still looks really bad. They won’t correct it and will not give full refund. Do NOT use this salon or company. Highlights look awful! I’m left out of pocket and with really bad hair! Their customer care department are doing nothing to resolve this! The consultant herself offered me refund or correction as she could see the error even after 6 hours of being in the salon! Really bad service and treatment of customers. The stylists are rude, blunt and do not care about anything other than getting their commission. If you can’t do hair properly or correct your mistake you shouldn’t be in a salon and headmasters need to have a look at their customer care department and how they talk to customers and resolve their concerns professionally! I will NOT be coming back to this company ever! Disappointing!

Didn't quite like the service. Wanted a cut like Rachel Green, but what I got was a simple hair cut with a few layers! Blow dry was poor as well, my hair is silky so probably would have taken them more time to do it properly. They were not warm, just too the point. My daughter went with me and they did not like her moving around. It felt like I did not visit a well known brand, but just a very normal high street salon! I really wanted a pamper session after this lockdown but it was all in vain and no value for money spent!
Will never visit again.

Omg! Was initially really worried because after lockdown my hair looked like I’d lived on a desert island, dry, frazzled, you get the picture?
Then the lovely Catherine came into my life! What an absolute sweetheart! So professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly, she was patient with me, I just wasn’t sure what I wanted!! But she painstakingly took me through the process and I ended up having the most fabulous hair style! So pleased! Thank you to the beautiful Catherine for sorting me out, and also a big thank you to Headmasters head office for sorting out my booking when it had all gone wrong! And for agreeing to give me the vip discount today,
I shall be returning to this branch and to the capable hands of Catherine. Love this salon and the warm welcome.

Took my 2 young daughters for their hair done, was looked after from the second we walked in, 2 polite friendly young stylists then made a wonderful job of looking after my girls and washing and cutting their hair, clean fresh salon lovely staff excellent job ten out of ten, now I know where to come !
