Joanna is the best beautician I've ever been to! So thorough, precise, and really puts you at ease with a calming breathing exercise during waxing. I have already booked in for my next appointment in 6 week's time and I'm not dreading it like I usually would with another salon! 5* from me thank you Joanna! The salon is also incredibly clean and hygienic. See you again soon!

I loved my first experience at Trends Salon.

Olimpia was such a great host and hair stylist. She was very friendly, offered me water (while it was a very hot day) and did an amazing job on my curly hair 3b/3c. Her hair massage was just fantastic, making me feel very relaxed.

The hair colour was vegan friendly and organic, which is just a bonus. I loved the results, shining and covering my few white hair.

I recommend this salon to anyone. There was a great value for money.

I went today to this salon for the 1st time and the lovely Javier was my hairdresser. He was super professional, kind and very attentive. His suggestions on how to maintain my hair healthy were really good and I really liked the outcome of the haircut (I am not normally easy to pleased when it comes to someone cutting my hair).
My hair looks bright, it has the volume I wanted and I felt very comfortable in the salon. Also, the staff I met working this evening was caring and helpful!

I had an eyebrow and upper lip waxing, as well as a lymphatic massage with Joanna and I'm so happy with both treatments. Joanna is a joy to spend time with, she is clearly very knowledgeable and great at making you feel comfortable. The wax was great, very precise and as pain free as possible, and the lymphatic drainage massage was amazing too: I had heard that this treatment is good at flushing toxins away from my body, and I feel so much better after it. I had a lot of liquid retention in my legs which Joanna helped me with, and I also had a really stiff neck that had been bothering me for weeks that is now gone. I really recommend Joanna and Trends Balham.

I have 17 years waxing full body BUT never had this kind of professional, sophisticated experience as such Joana give it to me! 5 star service !

Couldn't possibly be more unhappy with my hair, even after getting it re-touched up after stating I'm not happy with it. I couldn't have been more clearer literally showing pictures of what I want and highlighting that I hate ashy blonde hair and I have ashy blonde hair all over. Life lesson - never pay for your hair done before you see the end result. Brb going to continue crying now.

I got a brazillian blow dry at this salon which completley ruined my hair (my hair is FRAZZLED). I complained to the salon and they eventually reimbursed me for the blow dry (£180) and this was only because they could not see me to "fix" my hair for three weeks. Given the extent of the damage to my hair, I spoke with the manager and explained that a refund was not enough as I now need to get at least four inches of my hair cut off to rectify the damage and as such, I asked if they could provide me with a complimentary cut in order to rectify their negligence. The manager refused and then lied about how she had "advised" me during my appointment that I needed a cut. This is an utter fabrication - the manager DID NOT do my hair nor did I speak to her until the end of my appointment that day. In fact, when I mentioned to the lady who did my hair that my ends were dry, he response was "dont worry, this "treatment" will make it smooth". I am shocked that the salon refused to rectify their damage. My hair is ruined and I am getting married in a few months and now will need to alter my wedding hair style as a result of this salon ruining my hair.

Enisa is a magician. She completely transformed my hair!!! I went in having no idea what I wanted, just that my hair needed fixing and Enisa showed me her portfolio of work, gave me loads of inspiration and guided me through the process. She is very professional, hospitable and made the whole experience a joy!
