I LOVE having my hair done at Leopard Lounge!! Firstly, the stylists are excellent at their jobs, but not only that, they are friendly and helpful.
They make you feel so welcome and most importantly they remember your name!
Their prices are clear and competitive- I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I won’t be back for awhile. Went to Maria for full head of foils and lowlights but she didn’t do it how I wanted it. My blonde hair went too dark and looked like a dishwater tint. Not only that but I overheard her saying to someone whilst doing my hair she’ll be here all day which made me feel like a burden… I’ve had to use fading shampoo to strip that drab colour out of my hair from what she done. It’s disappointing when I spent all that money to not have my hair done how I wanted it.

Rushed & not overly friendly, stylist may have just been tired. Left feeling unhappy. Was informed the lady who cut my hair previously had left ,shame & I wonder why🤔 I feel this business has lost sight & therefore become arrogant/greedy so therefore don't need to try anymore. Remember times are hard for everyone

First time getting a facial and massage here, it was amazing and great value for money. Tina was lovely and did a deep clean of my face and I felt so relaxed after my massage would highly recommend

They didn’t listen to customer request. I showed them pictures and asked go for it But not only the colour of hight wasn’t even close to to picture but also model of highlights was too far from what I asked .
I asked for Caramel highlight and they done Blonde😐
However, stuff are polite and friendly but not recommend this salon at all.

Got balayage and trim done with Maria. She was amazing. Very professional, friendly, patient, and took her time. I felt bad because we went over closing time quite a bit but she never rushed and gave me excellent service. The colour came out lovely and ill definitely be going back. 100% recommended.

I was booked in this salon for wash and blow dry, as I was attending a wedding, so I wanted to treat myself. I messaged them, as I enquired about the 25% discount for new clients as advertised on their Instagram page and was told it has expired, which I accepted. I have never felt so uncomfortable and out of place and unwelcome. I turned up 5 minutes early, not greeted at all and was told by the hairdresser that she is running 30 minutes behind, as the client she was with requested extra procedures, which meant she needed more time. She then told me that her colleague would be available in 15 minutes to do my wash and blow dry. I did mention that at time of my booking I was interested in a hair cut and I was reassured that would not be an issue on the day. She told me that won’t be possible and there was time for wash and blow dry only. I agreed to wait, however I changed my mind and explained I could use the half an hour to get ready and come back for my hair. She asked me that if I would be back on time as she had a client with colour that she could no way leave and on my return I will be offered a wash and blow dry only. I mentioned to her that I was the one who was early for my appointment. As I walked away and sat in my car and I noticed she was moaning to the other client about me, rolling her eyes etc. So unprofessional, and unnecessary. I felt my ethnicity triggered a response in her attitude. This felt backward and I felt out of place, a disappointing experience for a multi cultural city like London. I went home and I decided not to return. I intended to support local business and was met with hostility. I had to do my own hair which was an inconvenience for me. I am so glad I didn’t spend my money here.
