Headmasters Teddington

After a visit to another salon I went to Teddington for them to ‘fix’ my hair. I went from being really unhappy with my hair to now totally loving it! Rachel who I think is the manager there was so understanding and squeezed me in. Between her and Jessica they did an amazing job and I could not be more grateful! Will definitely come back and rebook with Rachel as she just seems to know her stuff which is so reassuring when you’re trying new things with your hair. She managed my expectations and I’m so glad I’ve found her!

I always love my haircut and colour. Staff are exceptionally friendly and salon is always clean and welcoming. You're offered drinks in arrival. I get the impression that they really care about giving you the best hair styling for your hair based on your hair condition and your face/ style.

Great experience with Lauren, nice speaking to her and love my caramel colour. Very much needed and will come back soon .

Rhian cut my hair. I have a tricky short style, and it was difficult to explain how it should be. Rhian was really patient, I way overrun my time slot ( my fault) but she gave me her undivided attention. The final result was exactly what I wanted and it is still looking good 6 weeks later. Thank you

Long overdue review! I was away from home and had to get a haircut last minute—Kim was friendly and fantastic, did exactly what I wanted, very sleek blowdry and great cut. A true professional!

I am a bit of an awkward customer as I am never sure what I want and suggest they decide.
I love this haircut, so I am very happy.

Could do with their central service centre answering the phone a bit quicker instead of trying to palm me off to the website with the incessant recorded message.
If I wanted to use the website, I wouldn't be on the phone.
But hardly the salons fault.

Went in to brave cutting my hair short I booked last minute with Lauren who gave me a great style that suited me ( was a bit worried as I'm a bigger gal) very friendly hard working staff 😊

First class experience. Love my hair cut. The stylist is knowledgeable, helpful and nice. Really pleased.
