Unparalleled Hair Salon

I have been going to Emma for almost 15 years now and would never go anywhere else. For years before I had always been nervous with anyone working on my hair and tried many different hairdressers but when I found Emma I have never looked back. She and her staff are complete professionals and very knowledgeable. I have complete faith and when considering any changes I fully trust her advice and have never been disappointed. This is such a lovely salon and for me it is not just about having my hair done but also a lovely experience where I always come away feeling happy and relaxed. I also have to say that Emma is very passionate about her salon with a great work ethic and customer service ethos. This shines though and yet this great service does not even command extortionate prices; they are extremely reasonable, This is truly a great salon deserving 5 stars. .

This is a truly wonderful salon. Emma is a very professional and friendly person, and most importantly, she is a highly skilled hair colourist who is able to deliver excellent results. Most impressively she was able to correct a mistake made by a west end salon, and miraculously actually improved the condition of my hair! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else now. I've been to Unparalleled Hair for the last 9 years and I cannot recommend this place enough. Emma and her team are very knowledgeable but firstly they look after the hair beauty to protect it instead of ruining it with products. This is not one of these salons where you are a number, this is a pure relaxing experience.

Have been going to Unparalleled Hair Epsom for approximately two and a half years and have always had excellent treatment but just wanted to say that Emma is always so lovely and welcoming and makes me feel at ease. I went for a haircut yesterday (Saturday 28 May) in what is a very difficult time for me and wanted to say how lovely Emma was. Beautiful salon. Emma (the owner) really cares about her clients and has a real attention to detail. I had my highlights done there, beautiful result. She uses only the best quality products. Definitely recommend this great salon!

What a gem! I've been going here for years and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Emma and her team are awesome. I often get compliments about my haircut. The Ewell salon is spacious and welcoming. They take good care of you and a haircut/colour is a relaxing experience and very professional at the same time.

I found Unparalleled by accident when my train from Kings cross was delayed & I needed a haircut. For the past 4 years I've never been anywhere else despite living 200 miles North. I'm a very hard to please customer & I've been through a lot of hairdressers in the last 30 years but Ernesta is by far the best. Her haircuts are always amazing & she's also a lovely person. You'd be mad to go anywhere else

I had a complete hair colour change from grey to silver grey. Wow, Madison certainly knows her business....she ran through the whole process in detail and what she said, she delivered. I love it. Madison took into account my PTSD. Ill be booking in my partner and daughter without fail. Felt like id had a spar as the surroundings are so calming.... brilliant.
