Lived in Chessington for 7 years now. Had my hair cut here for the first time a few weeks ago, and for the life of me do not know why I had not gone sooner. I suppose you get stuck in your ways when it comes to hair? Anyway, the place was very friendly and although they were busy, they still managed to squeeze me in. Will be going back soon when my hair gets all shabby like :-)

Wouldn't even put 1 star if I could. I visited this hairdresser to have my beautiful long hair cut by 2 inches and to have layers swooped throughout. I came out looking in my opinion like a rag doll. The hairdresser who cut my hair has chopped off at least 5-6inches and hacked shocking layers into my hair and left the ends noticeably uneven and odd. I am extremely unhappy with the quality and the service I received from the moment I stepped in the door was cold and rude. I was not greeted by staff and felt staff were inexperienced and deaf not listening to what I asked for and walking away when I replied to a question she asked. Definitely would avoid this hairdressers and will never be going back.

Just had my hair restyled by Jon , very pleased with the result . We had a chat first to find out what I wanted and whether my hair was suitable for the style. He was very friendly and also the girl that washed my hair. Would recommend 👍☺️

Jon was brilliant, great guy with loads of experience , I had a blond balayage, it looks amazing and so natural :-) he also gave me tips on how to repair my hair and keep it in good condition, would recommend.

I went for the first time to Jon Garrods, Jon cut and styled my hair and it's fantastic, the best I've had for years . I love the colour and the cut , it's a fantastic, friendly , welcoming salon .

Always get exactly what I want! Abby gave me some amazing advice to help repair my broken and damaged hair after some medical treatment left me with straw like hair. After yesterday's visit, I fell like a new me! The K18 she recommended has repaired my hair and left me with long, silky locks! Thanks to John for stepping in and braiding my long hair! Lovely job - highly recommend! Thank you guys!!
