I had my hair cut yesterday by Taka at Sano and I can honestly say it is by far the best hair cut I have ever had! He was a total perfectionist and made sure to cut my hair in way that considered all the little nuances of my individual hair, and showed me how to style it myself going forward. I am totally thrilled with it. Thank you so much!

I had the pleasure to experience Sano’s service for over 3 years for myself and my family (3 children aged 10 to 15). Taka and his crew are highly skilled and just excellent. I couldn’t recommend it more. I hope I find such a great hair dresser and salon over in Paris!

Great place. Came in for an up do and everyone was lovely. My hair is amazing. My stylist Ellie did an amazing job. It held all day, all night. I've woke up and it's still gorgeous. Thanks Sano

Love Sano! My partner and I have been going for years. Talented team of hairdressers there. Fun and laidback place to get your hair done as well. They always offer teas, coffees, and alcohol.

We see Mika. They’re excellent! My partner gets his haircut a few times a month there, and I go in every few months for a cut, and colour (usually balayage). Mika always advises me when it comes to my hair. They always know what will work the best on my skin tone. They also do an amazing cut!

I’ve had the best experience going for a haircut with the lovely Jasmin. Even though she’s still doing her training, this was the best haircut I’ve ever had!! I have never left a salon being this happy with my hair.
She was very professional, veryyyy attentive to details, gave me good advise on what could look good and what not etc.

I used to love this Salon and I was a regular customer for years! I also referred many customers.
I had not visited Sano since pre-covid, as I have left the area. I decided to travel down for 2hours for an appointment with the colourist for a colour refresh. My hair was light brown, which took many years of gentle colouring. I explained to the colourist that I wanted an Ash Brown colour to remove the orange tones. My colourist name was Eli - he was very kind but seemed a little distracted from work. He assumed that he knew the colour I had in mind and didn't feel it was neccessary to show me the colour book. I felt very nervous and rushed so I clarified if it was an Ash Brown and explained that my new colourist usually uses 5.15 and he said YES. Disappointingly however my hair turned out pitch black (not even brown). The colour was more of a 1. I was so upset that I sat in my car and cried. I wanted to discuss the issue reasonably with the manager, without the intention of a refund but she completely dismissed me and said it was my fault for not being clear. Really disheartening and I would no longer recommend this salon as they do not seem to care for their customers.

Just had my hair cut by Eli at SANO, what a great self care experience! Eli was very patient with me, really listened to what works for me on a daily basis (hair up a lot) and then gave me a cut I feel is chic and wearable! A really great Christmas present to myself courtesy of Eli and SANO. Thank you very much 🙏
