Bit hit and miss depending on which staff you get. Names of staff not advertised or on name badges so cannot request by name. A good point is you can usually pop in without an appointment for eyebrows if not fussy who treats you.

Extremely poor customer service provided..They not only do their job awfully but make the customers feel uneasy aswell...When I went to their salon alittle boy was there too and while I was getting my eyebrows done I heard one of the workers scream at the little boy( The worker was aware I was there)...She carried on screaming at the little kid and the kid was crying out loud.The poor boy was crying so much that I couldn't help but ask the lady to go and check if the boy is ok and then she can finish off doing my eyebrows.But, she asked me not to worry and continued.Also, she asked me very private questions which I told her I do not wish to talk about such as the income of my husband etc...I told her I needed to go as I was in a hurry, paid her and was relieved to get out of this place... I had worse experience ever and I will never ever recommend anyone this place...

Was rude to my sister and I after giving a bad service. She told us that the eyebrows were 'perfect' when this is not what my sister had even asked for. She began to point her fingers and be rude to me too and I am under 18.

The customer service was terrible each time me and my family and friends have been there. i suggest you fire the worker that was raising her hand at my friend today, she is so unprofessional and rude. I'll be pressing charges for her targeting a minor.

Ruined my friends eyebrows. Don't go at all, do not recommend
