The staff were lovely and the room was clean. However, the lady opened the door to ask for an item while I was on the table exposed and didn't tell me in advance, then when she finished the Brazilian/Hollywood, underarm and leg wax, she didn't ask if I was satisfied and when I tried to tell her there was still hairs on my legs, instead of simply handling it she tried to argue they were ingrown hairs (all over on both legs) had to go home and do the whole process myself after paying. Which I wasn't very impressed with as I could have just done it myself. Both Brazilian wax and leg wax were very patchy and left with hairs

Really horrific experience I had today. I paid on groupon for Hollywood wax which she wanted to use roller strip wax claiming hot wax does not remove the hair from the root. On what planet is she on, I declined the service as I wanted and expected an intimate wax treatment to be with hot wax she rambled on for 10 minutes that everyone is happy with her treatments blah blah blah. She said try it if you are not happy I will stop she did a small section it was not good. Once I revealed that I am level 2 trained and qualified in beauty. Level 3 in intimate waxing for men and women she stopped the service asked me to leave as she full well knew what she was doing was wrong. I know the rights and wrongs but the poor unsuspecting public who really should be worried. She has photocopies if certificates on the wall, where are the originals why are they not framed on the wall like everyone else. I’m doubtful of her qualifications and training. Luckily groupon heard her screaming in the background when I called for my refund before I got home my money had been refunded. Hounslow need to investigate her standards as it is below parr. She has West Thames photocopied certificate I trained there and that is not the standard they train any therapist she is is an embarrassment to the profession. No one should be subjected to her ever.

I have been today for a full body massage at Supershock Hair and Beauty. Golaleh was very professional and efficient. It has a warm and calming atmosphere. We had a nice conversation and in no time I had the feeling of floating in the clouds. I felt so relaxed after the massage. I have even paid for the package of 5 sessions at £100 and get the 6th session free. Thank you so much Golaleh. Thumb up!

travelled 1 hr to get to the salon with an appointment but when I went in, there were few other people who were talking in different language with the owner. She then told me she can't assist me as there are loads of people in. Very unprofessional. The thing is she asked me if I travelled from far which I said yes I did and even after that she refused to do the treatment today. it clearly shows discrimination and she prioritise people from her country. very very rude

Very Good! Recommened to all. The workers are very funny. Very Professional.Reasonable Price. Wonderful Staff. A worker did my make up beautifully. And one of them did my daughters hair superbly. Thank you for making my night wonderfull! Sure to come back.
