A big thank you to Aree Aesthetics. I saw Aree for my eyebrows and was immediately impressed. She walked through every stage of the process and her detailed approach made me completely comfortable. I knew my eyebrows were in good hands. Aree is not only professional, but also caring. Very pleased with how my eyebrows turned out, only wishing I made an appointment years ago!

I still have greys at the end of the hair colouring appointment and when I tried to explain that at the reception, the lady at the reception got offensive and was quite rude . Overall bad experience, I used to be their regular client but not anymore!!!

Had a bouncy blow dry here whilst visiting family and everything was excellent. Staff were warm and friendly from check in to check out. Head massage during hair wash was great and I left the salon on a wee cloud as my hair looked so good. Highly recommend a visit here.

The salon was freezing cold and unacceptable in -2 degrees when sitting for approx 3 hours with wet hair. The salon does not value its loyal customers and made me feel uncomfortable when I brought this to the manager's attention.

I went to the hair salons yesterday for the first time for root coverage and blow dry, and neither really worked. The Color did not cover the greys and they used so much product on my hair that I had to wash it as soon as I got back home. Add to the fact that my hair felt dry after the Color and I honestly wonder what just happened. The salon interior is nice but I wouldn’t go there again.

I used this salon for years and loved it but my recent experience left me upset and hugely disappointed. Twice their booking system failed so that despite booking online and then calling to confirm I was not in the system/ expected when I arrived. They found me an alternative stylist who whilst pleasant totally ignored my request to leave my ears covered and not to cut my hair too short. My hair is much too short now, I feel I hardly have any left , I dislike it and my ears are exposed. I called the salon to talk to someone in charge but was told the manager wasn’t available. Anyway no one can stick the hair back on. I think recently it has been more about what cuts are in fashion rather than what a customer wants or what suits her.
