AVOID!!!!!!!!! I have been going there for 18 years and yesterday's visit will definitely be my last! When my little brother asked for a "short back and sides, 5 on the back and sides and a little mop up on the front" he got a 5 all over. When I asked what had happened I got shouted at that my little brother had asked for a 5 all over which I most certainly did not hear and which my brother denied also. Once our haircuts were done I calmly asked what discount I was going to receive and got scoffed at and forcefully told there was no chance of any sort of discount. From my point of view it seemed perfectly reasonable considering the poor quality of customer service and haircut, especially since 5 members of my family have been going there for 18 years! As an 18 year-old adolescent I felt disgusted at being treated like a 5 year-old, being talked down to and practically bullied by a man twice my age. It is also important to say that I never once raised my voice; the "barbers" reaction was unprovoked.

I feel that one star is too much and would advise people not to go there (there are much better alternatives in Chiswick) and therefore I repeat... AVOID!!!!!!!

I've been having my haircut here for 20years. My son (now 15) has always had his haircuts here too. Really friendly people and excellent service always rendered! Highly recommended.

It’s a barber shop. It’s £12 for a cut. The Eastern European chap who’s name I forget cut my hair and did a fantastic job. Wife approves. If you want to pour money down the drain at other hair places then do so but £30-40 to do the same job is just stupid! Go to Chris Barbers!

Excellent hairdressers and always a pleasure to see Viola, very popular amongst the menfolk of Chiswick. Poor Viola is on her own for 2 weeks (November 2022) She still finds time for some nice words with lonely men.

So it’s the first day out of lockdown for hairdressers and they were busy! However I walked in with A LOT of hair which Hadn't been cut since April last year! I asked for the barber to keep some length but make it look presentable for work! He made it so short I look like I have a buzz cut and the fringe doesn’t even go onto my forehead!
Very disappointed as the staff where lovely but the hair cut means I will not be returning!
Maybe the barber has lost his edge over covid !!

I told the guy to simply trim my beard just on the sides because I want to keep the length. What did he do instead ? He sheared half of the beard which I grew for more than a year. Huge disappointment. Do not recommend.

Friendly owners and Amazing haircuts, would highly recommend if you’re looking for a skin fade.
