I Was going here since I started secondary school and today I was greeted with a very rude women on the phone. I got a haircut here and they didn’t fade it correctly it was awful, i didn’t realise till I was home as my girlfriend pulled me up on it saying how it looks really bad and not faded at all. The next day they were closed so I had to get it sorted before a party the weekend coming as the haircut was done on the Thursday which then cost me more money. I then called up today to ask wether I would be able to get any sort of money off as I have evidence with how bad the haircut is .She straight up said no but not at all In a professional way she said ‘sound I don’t care to be honest’ and then ended the phone. DONT GO TO THIS BARBERS DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL
