Today after a lonnng time, I had a really nice experience at Chic Touch Salon.
Thousand thanks to Sahel for your professionalism and your kindness, I was about to fall asleep when she was washing my hair. I wanted to thanks again the Manager for all the advices she gave me with honesty.

The most disgusting place I have ever been to. Went there today for lash extensions. My 8 year old could of done a better job. The lashes are literally stuck to my eyelids in clumps of glue and my eyes are so sore. Upon asking for the manager she offered no apology, was rude and just shrugged her shoulders. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other good lash places around. You WILL leave disappointed.

It was my first time getting nail extensions and Rahil did an amazing job. She was meticulous and gentle on my cuticles. I was originally going to go for something neutral but she tempted me to something a lot more sparkly and I’m so glad she did. In love with my new nails and will definitely be coming back!

You response is false, I have a screen grab of the appointment for Friday - in your words “someone else has that now been booked and that’s the issue with online booking” if you know there is an issue, you should of called me last week. You overbooked and that is the issue as you couldn’t seem to accommodate that time I need for the whole week. Unprofessional! The eyelash test was for today that again you couldn’t accommodate that either. Obviously something went wrong with your bookings today and that’s why you can 3pm

So unprofessional. I had an appointment booked for this Friday 7th via treatwell. I boooked this on the 26th and I get called today to say someone else has booked! It takes a while week to discover a double booking and then to blame the system for the error. Ridiculous, and now I cannot find anywhere at such short notice. Awful

I have been visiting this salon for a while and have had my nails done here a few times too and absolutely think the ladies are brilliant. Today Mania had done my nails in shellac she is great and so attentive and done a great job, thank you.

I went to London for holidays and came across this salon. I got blonde highlights as a guy. The stylist done an amazing job, better then I can imagine. A+ Service

Horrible and unprofessional! I asked for flawless nude makeup they gave me a corpse look in return. I complained they apportioned it on my skin colour as if my black skin was unnoticed at the start. Later I was ignored and left to attend to other customers. I had to wipe it all out that very moment and my day was ruined. I would have uploaded the picture but I'm also scared of it😱. Strongly Not Recommend!
