TONI&GUY Harrow

I had my colour done today by Ian and I am sooo happy with the result !!!!!! He managed to " fix " my colour and brought back vitality and shine to my dry damaged hair!!!!! Ian is just the best! Very talented and dedicated to his job 👏 🙌 👌 👍 All staff at T&G Harrow are very nice and friendly!!!! I would highly recommend this salon to everyone who is looking for professional hair stylists!!!!

Went to Toni & Guys Harrow, fist time having colour done here as a long time Toni & Guy customer that used to go to Brent Cross.
I can’t express how much I love my new colour by Ian what an amazing young man he really knows and enjoys his job he explained about my hair what would work to give me a a lift and a fabulous colour.
The colour is do good my husband for the first time in years said how lovely it was and made me look younger which is a great complement from him.
Thank you to Oliwia who looked after me so well making sure I was comfortable when washing my hair and finishing.
Ian thank you so much for taking such good care of my hair and for the fabulous colour it has made me feel fabulous again. I will be back

Absolute hair wizardry!! I was so pleased when sat in the chair, but we went outside and the colour was pure magic! I have never walked out of a hair salon so happy!! 💜 Never had so many compliments about my hair either 😊

I specifically went in with a few photos of myself with my short hair and said I wanted it like this as my hair had over grown. But the hairdresser gave me something he thought would be nice but I didn't like it the sides were way too short, I'm not a boy, I specifically showed an image of how I wanted it. It's common for hairdressers to do what they want rather than listen to the customer. Even my family and friends said its too short and that it will grow but I shouldn't have paid the full amount. Luckily hair grows otherwise I'd avoid using them again. Unless the stylist actually listens to the customer. I paid a lot of money to get what I want not for them to do whatever they want!! The male stylist was demi. The front is ok but I didn't have the heart to say this on person. But got home and was really upset about the sides. Really not worth the money it's not what I asked.

Iain literally has just worked magic on my hair! I can’t rate him highly enough. I’ve had such a run of bad hair cuts and colours that I had actually lost hope and thought “I’ll try somewhere like T&G and if that also turns out bad well I give up” and omg I could not be happier. If you want colour go to Iain, you are in the safest and best hands ever! Thanks so much Iain xxx

Really bad. Came in to the Tony and guy harrow branch with husband and 2 children, husbands hair cut was OK. Stayed for about 2 and a half hours for keratin treatment, did not wash for 4 days, straightened every day, washed with sulphate free shampoo after, my hair has become like dread locks, they charged me £200 for treatment. I phoned and compained, the manager directed me to email and send photos to client care email, a week on, I have heard NOTHING. Sent a follow up email that I will complain if I didnt hear anything. THIS IS THIEVERY of working class people, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Do not go!! Go to RUSH in Harrow, their keratin treatment WORKED .

Amazing! This was my first time using Toni & Guy and they really do go the extra mile. I'd had a bad experience prior to coming to this salon, they'd knocked my confidence quite a bit, where getting my hair coloured was concerned. Ian was really attentive throughout the process and his attention to detail is second to none. The balyage he gave me was absolutely stunning. I was very lucky to be given an appointment with amazing Artist Matteo, he did an excellent work, a brilliant job and he was so friendly, warm and welcoming, such a lovely personality, I had a wonderful time, It was such a great experience, my hair looks beautiful and its boosing my confidence level, I am so grateful and I will definitely be coming here again, thankyou Matteo and thankyou Tony and guy, it has been a great pleasure 🙏
