The worst hairdresser I have ever been. She kept scratching my head everytime she was trying to brush my hair, she gave me a headache. I was charged £25 to feel pain and she also "accidentally" dropped my phone on the floor. I DO NOT recommend this place. They don't know anything about hair, worst place I have ever been. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

While removing layer of shelac a completely unproffesional girl devastated my nails. She was drilling them and I felt pain. After 10 minutes of looking for the base in her cupboards she said that she has no base and today she cant do shelac. She was not bothered to prepare herself before she had booked me in. What a joke! So unproffessional. She asked me to sit on the hairdresser's chair and used a hairdrier to dry a condition on my nails than She charged me £8 !! Its been 4 weeks since then and my nails which were always naturally strong are now breaking apart. Nothing to add. Girls be careful!

Amazing experience and very helpful hair dressers that helped me pick the right colour and cut.Would recommend!

I have been to this salon twice to get my daughter's hair dyed and both times I have been extremely pleased with the service and results as is my daughter. All the staff are very professional and friendly especially Gosia who was the hairdresser who done my daughter's hair the second time. I will definitely be going back again

Oh my gosh it was a nightmare I had a haircut by a staff named gosia I shouldn't have paid anything even my son could have cut better.. I would rate this 0 stars if I could

First time going to cleopatras after many years of recommendations. Well…. Im delighted I did. Lovely salon with clean modern interior very comfortable! welcoming friendly staff that make great coffee!! Anna was the stylist that introduced herself recommending highlights, balayage, and toner. I trusted Anna instantly and was happy to go with her recommendation. She was friendly, patient, and honest. As a result I now love my hair and will never go to a different salon!! Ever!!!! Cleopatras you are amazing and I wish I’d discovered you years ago!!! I am no longer embarrassed of my hair, thank you ❤️❤️❤️

For me? Best barber shop. Advice - always you can count on it. Kind, polite and nice service - show me where is better, please. Remember - call before visit, they are busy...and I'm not surprised.
