The cut by Danielle was great. I loved her. The colour was worked on by two colourists using a clear prompt image from a hair website. They said no highlights higher than my brows, but most of them are. I stressed I did not want it to look like bad roots growing out, but it 100% does as my roots are only about 1-1.5 inches. The lightened parts that are there are chunky and unattractive. Why bleach my whole head brassy blonde when I showed them just the tips? I hate it. I'll be calling later to see if they'll shave my head for free. Sorry seems photos won't post.

I got my hair done full head off high lights by LUCY I was a model and paid £45 and I also got my hair styled after it was very nice staff offering drinks and really know how to make conversation really happy with my hair also 8/10 💕

Bree saved my hair after having a horrendous dye job done of my roots elsewhere! She really listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job of rescuing a situation which I thought might not be doable. I would definitely recommend - thank you so much!

I am really happy with the service I've received yesterday. Tammi really listened to my requirements and gave me a fantastic haircut and blow dry. Should I also add that she gave me great tips on hair maintenance. She is excellent and will recommend her and the salon to anyone!

I booked a last minute appointment today with Lucy and bombarded her with garbled ideas about what I wanted. She took time to listen and look at pictures with me, she must’ve been really paying attention because somehow she turned my nonsense into something amazing which really feels like ‘me’. Lucy, I came here to say THANK YOU again, because I’m not sure if it came across just how pleased I was and just how much I love my hair when I said goodbye earlier, I was still too stunned by the transformation! It was my first time visiting today, everyone was absolutely lovely, and Lucy was incredible, it was a pleasure to watch an artist at work! I will be back and would highly recommend.
