I rarely write reviews but I believe it’s worth endorsing this shop. To be honest, usually going to fancy barber shops made me skeptical about this place first but it taught me once again to never judge a book by its cover. John has tremendous experience in what he does and offers a relaxing, decelerating atmosphere. Before this time, I don’t remember the last time I was honestly happy about my haircut.

I'm new to the area and was looking for a barber to try. I was hesitant to go into John's as I usually go for younger "more hip barbers" but how wrong I was!

Best haircut I've ever had and the most pleasant experience I've ever had in a barbers. How rare is it to see a true master at his craft and still love it after 56 years.

John is an absolute legend with 50+ years of experience in the fine art of hairdressing. When I sit back In John’s chair, I know I’m in safe hands and will get a brilliant haircut.

Having a haircut with John is a gentle, calming experience. With more than 50 years refining his craft, it’s a high quality result. John is a lovely man with interesting stories from the last 50 years in London. Much more affordable than surrounding barber shops.

Easy 5 stars from me. John's a great guy, has attention to detail and there's a nice atmosphere too. I'll definitely be returning!

My husband was skeptical at first BUT now he goes only to John!! Both my husband and teenage son stopped going to younger and fancier barbers. John does a phenomenal job!! Very professional, attentive to details and will do exactly as you want. I’m very impressed with their haircuts!! Very good price too!
