I explained and apologised to her that it was because nurses are on call outs, and her response to that was 'I don't care, how about you go away and I'll be charging you a cancelation fee!
First, I had never been told of a cancellation fee when I booked the appointment. And secondly, I absolutely appalled that she thinks she can talk to people the way she had to me! No one her business doesn't appear to be doing very well. Disgusting woman!
It’s the second time I go to this shop. The first time I did like the outcome that is why I came back but this time it was awful! My wasted £122 pounds
I explained clearly how I wanted my hair and it doesn’t look NOTHING like it! I know that black hair it’s hard to work on but if you can’t do something you be honest and don’t do it and I’d happily leave!
I asked for some red highlights and to cover the roots. In the end The roots weren’t covered at all and you barely can see the red lights, only little bits of it. I called up the shop and the owner Laura let me come back to redo the roots but when it was suitable for her! I had to miss 3 hours work which is another £40 for me and spend on transport to get to the shop.
I am not a person that likes confrontation or fighting so I just kept myself quiet because I did feel a heavy energy when I went back there today plus when I said I couldn’t see no red the owner said that she wouldn’t do it for free? I was a bit lost but ok… after all this she made me leave the shop with my hair basically wet?! Dried it for a few minutes and that was it! In this cold weather? What kinda treatment is this? I paid £122 plus missed my 3 hours work and in transport for my hair to be looking black with some little shades of red/ brownish in the light? To me it’s ridiculous, I won’t be coming back and surely won’t recommend to anyone after this second visit, I am actually so disappointed because I did enjoy the first time I went there!
And also, I think it’s very unprofessional to be talking about your colleagues in their back and in front of customers.
I wish you all the best in your 12 years business but to me it was absolutely a nightmare!
