Essence Hair Haywards Heath

My daughter and I are regular visitors to Essence Hair where the friendly staff go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Time is taken to discuss requirements and we are always delighted with the expertise of the stylists and quality service.

I’ve been a customer here for many years, and am as pleased with the service I receive, as I was when I first came.
Katy is always happy to discuss changing colour, changing style, and knows what suits me.
Very pleased with the cut and colour at my last appointment… Tuesday 22nd March.

Had a great experience at essence hair today, was greeted with a friendly welcome and smiles from the staff. Carice did my hair colour and cut, she was knowledgeable and professional, definitely recommend

Absolutely terrible service to cancel an appointment less than 2 hours before because a staff member went home early! Especially when I didn’t select a stylist and was happy for any of them to do a cut and blow dry! Childcare had been arranged and other things moved around to finally get to the hairdressers only for it to be cancelled for a poor excuse! Maybe a blessing in disguise as I had been told the customer service wasn’t great but gave them the benefit of the doubt!

Arrived 2 minutes after the agreed time and they cancel my appointment, wasting my time.

Reply - thanks for your offer but I did call you 2 hours in advance to let you know I was 20 minutes late, and arrived 2 minutes outside of it.

Feedback, be a little more considerate of your customers time.
