Jo's Hair Salon

I went there for consultation first, the lady saw my long hair, I haven't hide them! She told me how much going to be for highlight, I was happy with price and booked appointment for today! But when I came, all exited, because its Friday and my friend birthday tomorrow, so I thought my hair going to look nice! But price wasn't the same anymore! She told me not £63 like I have been told on my consultation, price gone to £85! I feel like I have been messing around! And definitely won't be back!

First time and bad experience

I had the most wonderful experience for my first time here! The staff is so welcoming, so warm and so friendly! John is such a sweetheart! He did an amazing job with my hair, exactly the way I wanted it! Will definitely go back :) And is highly recommended!!!

Ashley was great with my 5 year old, it was her first time at a salon getting her haircut so she was nervous but she made her feel very comfortable, she left very happy and excited with her new hair and asked to go back next time 😄 Thank you!

Oh wow what can I say. I popped in for a quick hair up for me and a little style for my daughter and the girls were amazing. I couldn't recommend them enough. All the girls are remarkable and welcoming. But wow Christina was beyond belief. Actually brought me to tears with how beautiful mine and my daughters hair were. Not a local girl but I do definitely recommend this place. 100% you will not be disappointed

Moved to Hatfield a couple of years ago. Started using Jo's Hair salon. They did my wedding updo! All the staff are lovely, they make you feel very welcome. Recently I started having baby highlights to blend away my grey regrowth. Just came back from another visit. Ashleigh did a fabulous job again, absolutely love my hair.

Unprofessional stuff and discriminative.
Please don't use the services if have values and you expect respect and equal treatment.
Since I've called to arrange an appointment I felt like I'm disturbing but I continued to wait and even call another time . When I get there waiting for my hair thest result and waiting to get an allergic test as they promised they were rude and talking back and giving orders with no saying please or thank you and even screaming and shouting being verbally agresive just because I asked about the person who has my test.
Even when I let them know that I am not happy with this kind of attitude and I felt discriminated she said "I don't care and I won't apologize". No one of the stuff members reacted for calming her down. If they are having a bad day does not mean you need treat your customers like they are nothing in front of you. You should check who you hire and not having control issues. Honestly I don't know how you can still runn this business if you're like that.

Managed to get a same day appointment. I don't get it cut often and with the pandemic it was almost 2 years! The hairdresser was lovely, she gave me some advise on my recent issue with dry scalp and recommended some products. Cut my hair exactly how short i wanted and suggested some extra bits on the front for shaping. She did a lovely styled blowdry and i left feeling cared for and refreshed, will be coming back again! Price was great & definatly worth it. Nice tea and biscuits too!

Another wonderful cut and colour with Christina at Jo’s Hair Salon. Always made to feel so welcome and such a lovely atmosphere. Over the moon, as always, with my hair. Highly recommend 👍👍
