I have been to Josh on a few occasions. Each time I come out, I am fully feeling myself :) Professional, polite and excellent customer service.

Yes, you spend a few hours here, but its the extra touches they do that many are not aware of. They do a mini treatment after the relaxer, as my scalp is sensitive, they provide a different conditioner, which they leave on for a little while. My first visit, I didn't understand what was taking so long, after all, I have very short hair, however, its the extra care and work they are putting in to ensure the hair is in the best condition.

The stylists talk me through what they are doing at each stage. Granted I rarely listen as I fall asleep, but they want you to know what products they are using on your hair.

Sharon, the owner is a delight. Engaging and courteous, she remembers things that I have previously told her and follows up, I always feel like I am her only customer because of how much she remembers from our previous encounters.

Like I said at the beginning, my hair always looks flawless after a visit to Josh, not to mention the aftercare information that is always given. Despite this, I still cannot be bothered to wrap my hair every night but thats another discussion.

Leaving this review as I have recently paid them a visit, and you guessed it, I am fully feeling myself. Hair looks good and I am feeling good for it.

Had an appointment with Velma, the consultation was thorough. Velma made me feel comfortable, confident and relaxed. My hair was quite damaged and it left looking and feeling the best it had in years. And as for styling, it was cut and styled exactly as I had envisioned. I couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely be returning.

Sharon and her team were amazing. Sharon examined my hair and took me through the process; the most thorough hair consultation I’ve had. I went from black to blonde and the colour I chose was achieved. Everything about my service was professional but personal. The advice on aftercare was on point, as this was one of my fears ‘can I manage my blonde hair once I leave the salon?’ Sharon sold me the products I needed, advised on other product I could buy and gave me a little lesson on What’s a good moisturiser? My favourite part was the head massage whilst getting my hair washed.

Sharon is a lovely person and has a wealth of experience on keeping hair healthy! Her salon is a welcoming, friendly and relaxing environment. I loved the styling and she always give hair care advise and tips to keep your hair looking good and health till your next appointment. Thank you Sharon!

I can honestly say this was one of the best hair experiences I have EVER had. Sharon is so attentive to her work and made sure to educate me every step of the way on what she was doing and how to better care for my hair. Her 32 years of experience and expertise absolutely shone through, talk less of her amiable personality. I entered the salon with lengthy hair but damaged ends and ended up leaving with moisturised, trimmed much healthier looking hair, styled to absolute perfection! Please know that this is a truly honest review. I love and highly recommend Josh Hair & Beauty.
