After booking online with a price in mind, I was looking forward to my half a head highlights and a cut. But was i wrong about this.
I was told that I wouldn't be able to have a cut on my appointment, which I booked for.
I wasn't shown the colours the hairdresser was using or what the colour would look like after, so I thought ok she knows what she is doing,
Was i wrong, after my colouring I then was sent to the garderner as she was cutting my hair without a care in the world, didnt even ask me how much I want off and before I could stop her, she started.
Online it says you get a cut and styled with a toilered blowdry but I got a rough dry and kicked out the door as my time was up.
The price was doubled from what I booked online not even asked If the price would be alright to pay.
I want the manger to get in touch with me and reply to this post.

Very disappointed with my hair colour. Hair was lovely and blonde, just needed freshening up. Came out with dull brownish hair which in the light has an orange hue to it, very disappointed, will now have to go elsewhere to have it sorted. Also blow dry done by a trainee, was supposed to be be achy waves, well it was almost straight, I would not go back.

I booked a cut and finish with the graduate hairdresser this morning I think that the lady who cut my hair is called Rhiannon? Anyway I went in with a couple of pictures of what I wanted, she looked as she knew what she was doing, appeared very professional,she paid good attention to detail and I got exactly what I wanted, and I'm really really happy with what I got, will definitely come back for my next haircut.

Isabelle was great and full of advice. Not sure of the gentleman stylist who's conversation and language whilst cutting hair wasnt professional

Excellent salon. I needed a quick cut and I managed to get a slot. The hairdresser was lovely and listened to what I wanted, and delivered. Highly recommend.

So I have extremely curly hair and always nervous of hairdressers but had to bite the bullet! A very sweet girl named jess was amazing in every way, she talked me through every snip removed any rogue hairs lol and chatted in an interested in my customer way not a hey u got any holidays booked kind of way 😁 I'm due to be off my feet for a while and she even advised on products I can use to keep my hair from matting can't thank her enough highly recommend Jess.

I've been going to Tony & Guy for a few years now. Louise and Kelly are fabulous, as are all the staff. I always feel I'm getting the best care, advice and attention. They really look after their clients and have been brilliant during the challenging times we have all been going through. Thank you for always being able to accommodate me!

Best place to get a cut. Have been going for a while and every time the service has been perfect. All the staff are friendly. The place has a good atmosphere in which you can relax and I can trust the staff to provide the best service. Georges skin fade is second to none and blends the top in really well. If I want to change the style up he can advise and deliver no dramas.
