I went yesterday to Salon 24 where I had haircut, full head of highlights, root tint and blow dry. The salon is bright and spotless and the girls are great and take time to discuss what you want and also what they suggest. My hair has been totally transformed and looks amazing. Great colour and highlights and love the shape and blow dry which has lasted perfectly overnight Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you all at Salon 24

I discovered this lovely salon 💇‍♀️ a week ago and was so impressed I have already returned for a second time and my daughters have been this week too! Sarah highlighted my hair and gave very good advice and I believe it was Vicky who cut my hair 💇‍♀️ and I was delighted!

I bought a voucher for full head of highlights cut and blow dry because I was late 9 minutes she did only the roots of half head and she charged me 15£ because my hair is tall very rude lady the worst experience ever

The staff were not very professional done my half head highlights, cut and blow-dry. Did not achieve the colour I wanted blamed it on build up of hair dye,. These questions should have been address before bleach was applied than said they need to tone that would cost me a further £30. This too should have been discussed before treatment. My head was badly scratched while washing, hot and cold water was used never right temperature. Finally had two hairdressers drying my hair to finish me quickly as I had long curly hair. This was painful. Came out of salon with sore scalp and headache. No one spoke to me but had great conversations with the other customers. Very disappointed will not be going back.

I bought a Groupon voucher and was super happy with my purchase! I had Alex do my hair and she was amazing. The voucher states you’ll have a £15 surcharge for hair over shoulder length (fair enough) and Alex clarified that to me before going ahead which I appreciated. My hair is alive again! The shade of blonde is gorgeous, haircut was fab and I’m not a fan of a blow dry but Alex went for a different style blow dry and I loved it! I would 100% recommend this place. Clean, tidy, professional, with nice and communicative staff. I felt very well looked after and in good hands. Thank you. ❤️

I've found my forever salon! I had my first appointment at Salon 24 today, I had half a head of highlights with a cut & blow dry and received a first class service. Sarah did my colour and Maria did my cut and blow dry they were both extremely professional as well as being friendly and welcoming. I am over the moon with my colour and had the best curly blow dry ever. Top class salon with top class stylists. I will defo be returning. You will not be disappointed if you make an appointment. Thank you Sarah and Maria, I love my hair again!

I had a really nice relaxing experience and felt in safe hands with Alex and another stylist that I didn’t catch the name of (I’m so sorry). I had a full head of highlights with a cut and blow dry and I’m really happy with how it turned out and will definitely be coming back again in the future. The salon is newly refurbished and is cleanly. It is right next to Hadley wood station and has street parking.

Decided to go for a complete restyle - past shoulder length hair to pixie cut short! :) I spoke with the stylists/colourists at the start of my appointment and they were all incredibly attentive, responsive and supportive! There was such a warm and positive energy from the very beginning all the way through my appointment - and a genuinely lovely and very happy experience :) A really beautiful cut by Maria who oversaw the restyle - the team liaised with each other and worked really well together; a lovely natural, highlighted colour as requested and an always-much-appreciated head massage during my wash! I feel very blessed that I found them again via Groupon and am incredibly grateful for such a fabulous service! Thank you!!! :)
