It's always daunting moving to a new town and even more so trying to find a new hairdresser! However, having seen the positive reviews I decided to give JS Hair a go. Everyone was lovely and Claire (hope I spelt it right!) who cut my hair, made me feel immediately at ease and has done an amazing job. Thanks so much, I will definitely be back 😊

They fitted me in on short notice. I rang this morning and got an afternoon appointment I was lucky as there was a cancellation. The staff are friendly and chatty but still professional. I had a wash cut and blow dry this time as I was a new customer, but I am excited for my next appointment as the colour effect I was after can be achieved without using bleach which most other hairdressers have said no to. The cut was fabulous and what I wanted. I have never had a hairdresser spend so long cutting my hair and being so precise. I even discovered coloured mousse. It wasn’t “pushed” on me nor did they try the usual marketing techniques. I was just asked if I’d be ok with it being added at the styling point! I am an extremely happy customer this evening. Looking forward to my next appointment and colour adventure.

On holiday in ellsmere and called in a friday afternoon for a wash and blow dry. Thank you Kieran for doing a fab job. Very friendly, chatty and professional. Highly recommend.
