My wife booked me in a massage and facial with Vicky. What an experience. I was nervous being a guy coming into a salon but I need not have worried. The salon is great and I was looked after and the treatments were so relaxing and I noticed a massive difference in my back and my skims never looked so good. The staff were so friendly, and professional. I'm going to get my wife so book me every month. It's great to have a salon that caters for everyone. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best salon in Kent. Amazing service every time. The salon is always clean and looks amazing. The stylists are all so warm and friendly. I've been having my hair done with Nicola for several years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also my husband has frequented the salon for treatments and he was amazed how good he felt his treatments were done professionally and he's seen a massive difference. So fab for women and men. An all round great experience every time at Lè Reve.

Popped into the salon on recommendation of several friends and was welcomed warmly by the staff. I booked an appointment for the following week after my patch test. What a hidden gem 💎 I've found. Nicola cut and coloured my hair and gave me an amazing new look. I've had endless compliments and can only speak highly of the girls, such a friendly group of ladies nothing was too much trouble. I've tried so many salons over the years and Le Rève ticks all thr boxes for me so much so I've booked some beauty treatments and can't wait to return. If your looking for experienced stylists and a real pamper this is the place to go.

Once again I received a really smooth and efficient service from Corinne.
I had a wash cut and blow dry and I left the salon feeling like a weight had been lifted and like a new woman again!
My confidence in hairdressers has been reinstated and I’m so glad.

A clean fresh salon with a friendly atmosphere. I had balayage and a haircut and was so pleased with the outcome! Took a sneak peak at the other treatments available too in their brochure - such a variety and at reasonable prices. I think I'll be returning soon for nails, eyebrows, who knows what else!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - WORST SALON IN KENT! SABINA AND NICOLA WORST TWO HAIR STYLISTS IN THE INDUSTRY, NO MANNERS AND NO PROFESSIONALISM WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!!!! 1/10 SALON
I would like to start with the service I had received, a lady called Donna had done me a full head colour, I had to come back in to have this re done which the manager (Nicola) was polite about. She even apologised to me on behalf of her colleague. She had told me that if I had anymore problems to call her. I did so I rang her, my problem is I'm 19 I have grey roots which come through often so I have to get my hair died. I have been to many salons and never in the last 3 years have I had the problem of dye coming out so quickly. So I called Nicola who is the manager and she told me to come down. I came down with my sister. Nicola sat me down and checked my hair, she told me it's regrowth within 2 days and she had to ask for a second opinion from Sabina who also said it's regrowth. It got very heated and Sabrina used swear words and mumbled under her breath. Nicola also made sly remarks in regards to another salon, this salon is based in Gravesend. Nicola and Sabina are the rudest hair stylists I have ever came across in my life and then Nicola tried to blame the hair dye they use. Overall, I found this salon very unprofessional to speak to any customer in this way. I am still waiting for a response from the manager which has now been over a week. I would avoid getting your hair coloured here unless you don't mind it coming out in one wash. FLORENCE RYAN COME CHAT TO MY FACE, YOUR A KEYBOARD WARRIOR LOL YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW BOTH SIDES.

My sister left a bad review on my behalf and you want to respond with lies. Please if you are reading this and considering going to this salon do not! The girls who work in there have no respect and are abusive. If anyone would like to know more or have questions regarding my experience at this horrendous business then please respond to this review with your email address or contact number and I’ll be more than happy to respond. And for the record Le Rève I am not trying to ruin your business I am only making others aware that they should go elsewhere! Your trying to threaten me with CCTV when I was not abusive or rude in your salon! I saw your response to my sisters feedback that this isn’t the first negative feedback we’ve made regarding a salon but in fact this is the FIRST! And it will be the last because I will be going to my usual salon in London who know how to treat customers and know how to do hair! This salon has now got friends to write positive feedback to shadow over the bad, maybe try making your clients happy and you will be left with authentic feedback not fake positive feedback! So overall to anyone reading please Avoid At All Costs! Or if you do have to go to this salon then the people to avoid is: Nicola - the owner who doesn’t know about hair and has to ask others for information! Also doesn’t know how to speak to clients and makes remarks about other salons.Donna - the stylist who done my hair wrong which the owner admitted and also while doing your hair makes remarks about lower class citizens and how Brexit is the best thing which shouldn’t be discussed in a business with clients any political views. As most people know businesses or institutions in fact should not be discussing such opinions and lastly, Sabrina - who got involved and started to make remarks against my sister and told us to get out when we matched her energy so my advice to her is to take a customer service course in fact all employees in this place need to undergo a serious customer wellbeing course!

To conclude, if you would like a good hair stylist with a friendly service then this is the wrong place and you should definitely click off this salon and Google for another!
