Fusion hair salons

This salon is the worst I’ve been to. They did an awful balayage as it doesn’t blend out and looks patchy. Even after a correction was made because they missed sections of my hair, I still have patches missed on both sides of my hair at the back.
They have caused my hair to be damaged. Brittle when dry and stringy and bubblegum like when wet.
They have some how taken down my review on Facebook and some how managed to change their hednesford and brownhills account to just brownhills so they have a 5* review when they had a 4.8* review before I even made a comment.

The owner of the salon will not admit fault of my hair damage. The bonding treatment I payed extra for did nothing to my hair. My hair was in perfect condition beforehand and I am now having to go through the process of having treatments somewhere else so the damage doesn’t travel up my hair.

They tried to blame the fact my hair is damaged because my hair wasn’t cut at every session. I had one session and a correction where it wasn’t cut and had 2 inches off on the third but by then it was too late, they had already damaged it.

If they checked my hair the third session they would of seen it was brittle but still chose to use a 40vol.

I went home after one of my sessions and when going to sleep my scalp was very itchy and I had a slight burning sensation. I am now having flakes in my hair from the irritation.

Girl who cut my hair didn't listen to what I was asking for, I said I wanted it past my shoulders then I pointed to the length I was looking for (which for reference was mid chest), she thought the best way to check the length I wanted was to place her hand on my back, and when I stated I didn't know how long that was, because obviously I can't see behind me she said I can feel it can't I. She should have checked the length I wanted by showing in front of me. Because of this she cut it way shorter than I wanted it (my hair literally just sits not even an inch past my shoulders), I literally came out of the salon crying. Will not be returning to this salon ever again.

Have been going here for a while now always a friendly service while they wash - dry - cut & straighten my daughters hair .

Fabulous place, staff are lovely, helpful, truthful, friendly, they make you feel like you've known them a while.
