Thank you for going above and beyond to make my hair perfect!!!

Today I had my hair cut and highlighted for the first time in 6 months. As I have 9 week old I was somewhat aprehensive about going to a salon to have may hair done, but I was in desperate need as my roots and split ends were quite hideous. However I booked myself in two weeks ago thinking I would give it a go. I was just in time for my 9.45am appointment with my 9 week old in tow. Emma greeted me cheerfully. She showed me to my seat and we started discussing what colour highlights I would like and how I would like it cut. We decided that I would have some of my natural browney blonde hair to help with growing out highlights
If I wasn't able to make it to the salon anytime soon.

Emma started to work, she was very friendly and genuinely a people person, we had a lovely chat. Whilst Emma was doing her magic, my little one decided not to have her usual nap as there was too much going on. So she sat on my lap whilst Emma put the foils in for my highlights. When my little one finally fell asleep Emma didn't mind breaking for a few minutes whilst I popped her in the pushchair. When we were waiting for my hair to develop I was made a lovely cup of tea and able to enjoy some quiet time.

Once my hair was ready her colleague washed out my hair and I had a lovely mini head massage. Emma then cut my hair and started drying it with the hair dryer. Whilst my hair was lovely and had been cut and coloured to perfection and how we had discussed. I Unfortunately didn't like the browney blonde highlights (my natural colour) and felt that it washed me out a little, and it made my hair too dark.

Emma an co were amazing, they did not hesitate, and said straight away 'no problem, I will put a few more blonde foils through to make it lighter for you, I would rather you leave here with how you like it, than you going home unsure and worrying about coming back to us later and then feeling you weren't able to tell us and then having to wait to have it changed'. All I can say is that I was so very grateful that Emma did not mind me saying something, but two how willing and quickly Emma and her colleagues were to put the additional blonde highlights through to make it lighter for me, especially as by this point my little one was awake and fussing again so they had to work around her. I was also rather hungry by this time, so Emma's colleague kindly nipped over the road to grab me some chips from the local chippy, so I didn't have to leave my little one and go out with my new foils.

I will definitely be visiting Emma and her team again, and would highly recommend them not only for their skills, and even more for their patience and willingness to put the customer first without hesitation. Even when they are being difficult and decide they do not like their new colour! And bring a 9 week old baby with them.

I was let down by my hairdresser and called the salon at 9am on a Saturday morning. They were very helpful and managed to squeeze me in for a wash, cut and dry. I had Karen as my stylist who made me feel very welcome and relaxed. She listened to what I wanted and I lived the style when finished. Prices good too. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Took my 18 month in for a hair cut, he has a lot of hair . The ladies were brilliant, my little one hated it but they were very patient and kept saying him crying wasn’t an issue. Karen cut his hair whilst he moved about none stop and Emma read him books and played with him!!! Great service!!! Thank you

Lisa always does an amazing job and my partner comes home cheerful and pampered. Always a pleasant experience in the salon.

Went for skin test(ok) young lady was very polite and full of smiles,next appointment is next week.
