Not happy at all, when booking the appointment over the phone didn’t tell that price changes according to the person who does the hair but whenever I called or popped in to the saloon ( even last week ) to ask how much was it to do my hair roots I was told that it’s £50 something pounds. Yesterday when I called (7.6.2022 ) to book the appointment was told it’s £60 something pounds. I really liked coming to this saloon but I’ll never come to this saloon ever again. Also I was told that I should ask who’s doing my hair then they would tell me the price based on the person. If they don’t tell the customer how would the customer know it. This is a scam, ladies be aware of what you pay.

My first visit today and I am extremely impressed! The stylist - Frankie - was very attentive when I outlined my requests for a haircut. He was exemplary in fulfilling my hopes. Everything about ARCHETTI is first class and I am delighted to recommend the salon.

Frank has been my solo hairdresser for 30 years. I moved away from Worcester 15+ years ago and, for one time only, arranged a cut with another salon local to me with a 'Guy called Toni' Nice coffee there, but that was all. I have never ventured away from Archetti again and will travel across the UK for an appointment. Frank fits me in - even at busy and awkward times. 5 stars every time.

My family and I have been coming here for years. This is a fantastic salon. Everyone leaves happy. The staff are always friendly, professional and the best you'll find anywhere, most importantly I’m always happy with my haircut and colour. I can highly recommend all of the hairstylists especially Carina. I have now found a hair salon to stay with and even if I move away, I will be coming to have my hair cut at Archetti. Can’t praise the team enough!!
