I'm not one for writing a bad review and prefer to contact the vendor first to give them a chance to amend, but didn't get very far in this case so here it is straight....

The salon was nice enough but the quality of treatment was poor
I had a keratin hair treatment that did not work. Granted it was a little cheaper deal than normal, but I recommend you pay the extra 20 bucks to get the real deal. I have used sulphate free shampoo as required for this type of treatment and have had treatment elsewhere before which did have the desired effect

Fair is fair some things wont always go right but expect a refund or a re-do
I addressed with salon in writing over their web page with no avail except to say I could repay to have re- done with a load of kisses on the end. Im not sure when it became professional to reply to a complaint like they are your bestie when you have payed for a service! You are a business, get a clue! If they think I am going to pay again for something that didn't work = deluded.... Learn to run a business or go back to school

Emailed the salon over a week ago about booking in got no response at all very rude I think
