I was yesterday in the hairsalon, and I showed the picture to the hairdresser, she said she can do it. But she was done my hair within 10 minutes, and my hair at the back was too long, on the front too sort, and at the sides half centimeter differents in lenght.
When I call her out , she say its the same as the picture. Then said sorry it will grow out. Still made me pay full price. I am very upset with the outcome. Never going back.

No bookings. You just have to wait your turn. You always have a consultation and told upfront how much your bill will be, before they start.
Received great service, as always, by the wonderful Pearl. She has saved me and my bad hair day several times now.

You really get what you pay for. My advice is be really specific about what you want and make sure you know how much you'll be expected to pay before you sit down - pricing isn't explained despite the posters in the window!

Do not use this hair salon it's an absolute shambles some of the staff can't even speak English and the man has absolutely butchered my partnes hair. I would definitely not recommend this place and my partner wants a full refund.
My partner spent over a year trying to grow his hair and had it all cut off in 5-minutes he only asked for a slight shave up the sides and he understood what he said then proceeded to take the razor up to the top of his hair absolutely ruined it. The man is a complete waste of space and doesn't know his job.

The whole experience was just lovely. Incredibly relaxing and chilled. Great value for money. I am thrilled with the result. I can't remember the gentleman's name who did my but he was an artist. Definitely going back when I need a recolour! Honestly, I just asked him to do what he thought would be good and he totally delivered.

My brazillian blow out got curly after the first wash, they claim is brazillian blow out but believe me, I have 10 years of those and it never happened before. And I used to do my eyebrows there until the day they got a new lady doing and it was so bad that I never went back there. They also start with the price and when you go pay they start adding stuff you expected to be included.

I'm not going anywhere else ever again! I have a really big problem trusting people with my hair, but the experience I had today was even better than I thought it was going to be, I felt relaxed and cheerful and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted & needed and also ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I would 100% reccomend going there.
