Hair in the Forest

Olivier really is the best hairdresser I've ever had. He pays particular attention to hair type and how a cut will change as it grows. He is very enthusiastic and a super nice guy so getting your haircut is always a great experience. I definitely recommend!

Olivier is without a doubt the best hairstylist I've ever been to. He is always able to interpret my ideas, apply his vision & expertise and create an end result that is better than I could imagine. He not only provided me with an amazing cut, great colour, but also maintenance tips & styling advice.

Olivier is wonderful, love the haircut and his approach to colouring too. Beautiful. Loved everything about this salon. UNTIL 10 minutes ago when I decided to make another appointment, and found out his prices have SKYROCKETED! :( :( and almost DOUBLED! I am so sad, absolutely heartbroken, as I really liked the stylist and his work. But sadly, I simply can no longer afford to come to his salon, so have to look somewhere else.
:(( Oh what an absolute shame though. Best of luck Olivier! Hope you will consider lowering your prices though!

Had the best advice and haircut I have EVER had. Olivier is friendly and professional. The salon is very rustic and comfortable a much better experience than being in a busy, hot and smelly salon where you feel you are just a number. I recommend Hair in the Forest very highly indeed. Gem of a salon in the New Forest

I have been coming here since the salon opened and have always experienced great service, super haircuts, personal attention and friendliness. Nothing is too much trouble and Olivier always listens to what I want! I always come out feeling so pleased with my hair! The prices are very reasonable for the amazing experience you receive. Surroundings are gorgeous and it’s simply a wonderful place to have your hair done. Highly recommend and I shan't be going anywhere else! Thank you so much Olivier and Jess :) :)

I highly recommend Hair in the Forest. Olivier is a brilliant stylist and has given me the confidence to try new styles and colours which are flattering and fashionable which I would never have considered before. I used to dread having my hair cut but I always feel comfortable and welcome at the studio.
