I have just had another amazing experience at Daley James's Salon. His salon is very clean, his diary is carefully managed around C-19 and he always greets you with warmth. When it comes to my hair, i am very particular. Daley always gets it right because he listens and cares. He has what other salons are missing and thats his friendliness. His hair product are of a good quality and i always treat myself with something during each visit. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have already booked my next visit. Go and visit him, you wont regret!

Both myself and my wife had our hair styled, coloured and cut. The staff were polite, friendly and created an atmosphere that was both welcoming and professional. We were both delighted at the end result and will certainly be back. Highly recommend!

This is the absolute best place in Ipswich to even consider having your hair done. The cuts and colours are second to none. Every strand of hair is styled to perfection. I’ve walked out of the salon literally feeling on top of the world. With each stride my hair bounced along with me! I am delighted my hair has never felt or looked so good. I cannot wait to go back. The staff were bright friendly and extremely professional. The coffee was great too <3. Seriously if we’re discussing hair, Daley James is THE place too be. <3

Daley is a brilliant and professional hairdresser.
He is very skillful and well experienced, the best one I have had, therefore I travel to have him to cut my hair.

Another fabulous welcome at Daley James! I cannot recommend this salon enough. Daley is always spot on with what you want and just so attentive from start to finish. I've been going for 5 years and never been disappointed Service is always above and beyond. Charlotte does THE best shampoo and head massage ever and is just constantly keeping you refreshed throughout your visit, always with a smile and a chat. Prices are more than reasonable and the atmosphere is just so welcoming. I had my nails done while I was there by Jelena, she is so friendly and I cannot recommend her enough, very thorough and attentive! Again such a good price for a great service. Do yourself a favour and get your appointment in, you won't be disappointed.

I am going to start this positively, the team are very friendly, polite and chatty.
I have never felt more welcome in a hairdresses before, it isnt the usuall negative, b**h vibe. I am shocked with the amount of positive reviews, as this is certainly not what I experience here with my first and last cut, however you can be fooled by kindness.
The hair wash lady had no idea what she was doing, a hair wash pulling all my hair CONSTANLTY, then brushing it with the wrong brush for wet hair resulting in more hair loss. This was not a theuputic experience at all. It was at this point I want to leave as I couldn't see it getting any better. It didnt. More and more hair pulling. After the cut, I got a straighten which with cut and combed hair you do not expect pulled hair. I feel I have had more than a cut with the amount of hair i lost. I went to pay, the price was shocking for this type of establishment and service I received. I absolutely a fuming I had to pay for this Backstreet cut and pull. I do not reccomend unless you are opt for losing a lot of hair.
I will add that I do like the look of cut I received but I cant see the back, i have no idea if its straight , quality of products used was naff.
As I said they are friendly and welcoming.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the results cannot be argued with; I always walk away feeling like a million bucks. Daley has a great eye for colouring and is always happy to discuss how he can make a particular look work for his clients. Recommended.
