Very friendly and helpful staff but quite expensive for a bad cut that required me to go back to get it rectified. I was told when I booked that a wet cut would be dried off at the end (just not fully salon blow dried), but it wasn’t and so it didn’t get finished properly at all and looked terrible. They were very nice when I called to get it sorted but it still looks average and cost £40 and a lot of time. Wouldn’t go back, despite nice people.

Awful hair cut. Extra services nice idea but done by a girl with mindless chatter and no clue. Prices about 25% higher than average. Not good value

The staff are highly skilled. The products used first class. I love the head massage. A great experience
