Welcoming, contemporary salon that is also cosy. Great team of stylists, particularly love Louise and Caroline and Karen. Always happy to talk about style changes and give advice on hair care. Love the fact you're not sitting in a glass fronted salon when you have wet hair or it is being coloured. Prices very reasonable.

Amazing haircut with Caroline! From start to finish. Complete with an incredible head massage as part of the wash! Such a lovely, cosy salon and the products (Kevin Murphy) smell delicious and work wonders. Highly recommend!

Got an hair treatment(keratin) done here, haven't had the best results. Curls were back on just after a wash. Called them the next day to talk to the hairdresser to get some help, as it was mentioned to me that it would last for 6 months. He was busy with another customer, so was told I will get a call back later. but never got that call till date.

Not a great place if you are looking for a hair treatment (keratin).

Unbelievably disappointing service, we had a blow dry booked in for our sister in law’s hen for 2 months and they called the morning of to cancel as the stylist was ill, with no alternative slot or option to help us out. We appreciate these things can happen and you can’t help illnesses but to have no contingency plan for a staff member who they said is prone to illness is not good enough. They made no effort to try and find a solution which given this was an important event you would expect any service provider to try and do. Fortunately we called Shine and they couldn’t do more to help us and booked us in immediately.

Absolutely love my sharp cut. Lucy is so lovely and the head massage was a treat.

Popped into Q after being recommended by a friend to book a Keratin Hair Treatment and was completely ignored!!!
One lady was right by the entrance door colouring a ladies hair whilst the other two were at the back in what I presume was a little coffee are/store room. Not one person acknowledged me so after standing there for about 5 mins I then left and booked in with one of the other salons on the high street. Very rude and will not be trying there again

So I had Cut and Finish with Abi at Q on Friday ... She spent time with me beforehand discussing what I wanted, She really took an interest, nothing was too much trouble ... she delivered and I was SUPER HAPPY with the results .. So pleased I found Q Hairdressing it has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere ... so important these days! Thank you Abi
