0 stars - I have tried this place over three times it is very local to me, and each time I have felt disappointed and cheated with either the quality of the gel/ polish and acrylic. This is my final straw which is why I'm writing a review.
The quality of the material they use is sub-standard. I got a full set on my nails on Saturday - it is now Wednesday a total of three nails have broken so far. The first one broke on Sunday, second one on Monday and today the third one broke. I have not been doing anything with my hands to warrant this.
I think they dilute the acrylic and gel polishes. I know for a fact they re-use solution's I had to soak down my nails to remove my previous set and i personally witnessed the woman doing my nails soak back up the solution into the same bottle she poured it from once I was done.
The service is horrible and not worth it considering you will spend more money to re-do your nails with another nail salon.

Waste of money and time.
I will never be going back and I don't advise you do.

The prices is way too much! For a shellac refill it's £30 and it's just one colour and £20 just to polish toes. The worse part is, the staff was in so much rush; my nails is a mess!!! Some is wide and some is thin and flat. She didn't even clean up my nails after. She just rush to the other customer.

P.s spend more time on your client especially when your prices ain't cheap!

I do not recommend this salon. I put my nails on them, which looks awful. They don’t give interest to clients, they treated me with indifference and they are even rude.they talking in own language. She even shouted at me because I told her to make A flower model on the 2 fingers.At the end when I give her 5 pounds more because that's how I am, She could smile. Lol.
The quality of products are very bad and hygiene the same!

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst experience ever. The staff are so rude and incompetent! Don’t even know how to do the simplest thing. They drilled into my nails twice and my nails are unfinished. Waste of money. You’ll have better luck with the nails shop on the main road, around the corner.

Avoid this place! One lady took off my gel polish and filed the nails so thin! They were just peeling and breaking, my FINGERTIPS STILL HURT almost a month later as my natural nails keep peeling, not even overracting!!! She CUT FINGERS in several places and they were BLEEDING! The new gel polish was applied uneven, all nails different shapes and lengths and they started breaking same day as they were just too thin!!!

Someone should send inspection to this place and check if the staff has done any course in manicure???!!!

Staff so rude nail polish was not finished I had gaps in my nails at the side and my nails looked like they had been on for a week already and needed a refill the other woman shouted at me when I told her this and said of the my did my nails all the way down it would get caught on my hair and give me bruises on my nails. They are very lucky I paid them before noticing all these problems otherwise I wouldn't. The woman doing my nails was munching mcdonalds in between my nails. They rushed my nails I'm very unhappy

Was absolutely disgusted by the customer service; went to get my nails removed, I was not greeted; was served by the man, who had his ear phones in and was on the phone throughout the treatment, he constantly coughed on my face; didn’t bother covering his mouth and then started dusting the place in my space totally disregarding me. There was no form of verbal communication, he pointed at the bowl to me and was really rough with my hands, constantly tugged and pulled my fingers. Pretty sure he’s uncertified.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Sticking to tips and toes down the corner.

I’ve been doing my nails there from 4years. Never been disappointed! Used to be available the Walk ins basis but after COVID you better book. New ladies are running the shop and they are doing very good job as well.
