Have come here a few times before, and service has been fine. But went this last time and shocked at how unprofessional the cut was. Hairdresser seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. Was finished quite abruptly, only realising once home how bad the haircut was; uneven lengths, bits missed, parts were started but not finished, and overall not what I had asked for. Tried to call back, but they were understandably booked. However, the response was a bit abrupt and unconcerned. Ended up getting a family member to neaten it out with our own scissors. Very disappointed and frustrated.

We have been twice prior to this visit. We found it to be just as we remembered. A beautiful location with wonderful views of Conway bay and Snowdonia. Loads of places to visit. Dottie our host was lovely, very friendly who would do anything for you.

Friendly staff. Hadn't had my hair cut in ages and the lady advised and then did my hair and it's great.

My first time there but it won't be my last. Very friendly. So happy with the style they did.x
