David was as fantastic as ever, he is my usual stylist from the Baker Street branch which recently closed so I followed him to the Moorgate branch. Everyone here was lovely and welcoming. The branch has a great space LOVE the reclining chairs at the sinks! So nice to put my feet up and incredibly comfortable. Overall a very pleasant visit to RUSH as usual.

Absolute amazing haircut! Sascha really knew what she was talking about and I can only say it's the best my hair has ever looked.
Not only that but she was quite honestly one of the bubbliest and friendliest people I'd ever met. Made the 45 minutes fly by. Pure amazing!

I normally go to Rush at Baker Street however that has now closed so I’ve followed David my hairdresser to the Rush branch at Moorgate near Liverpool St. As per usual he was fantastic and I left there swishing my hair from side to side and feeling fabulous. David listens to what you want and advises you on the best option for not just your hair but for your lifestyle too. David is not only a great hairdresser but he keeps me smiling and laughing so much all the way through my appointment and makes it so easy to talk to him. Thanks David looking forward to my next appointment.

I got a balayage from David, and it turned out wonderfully. He was straight with me about what color would turn out well and what color would not. I went with an ashy brown color that turned out as I imagined - it was shocking since my hair is naturally black. David was fun and funny to chat with, and definitely knows what he is doing. It was a pleasant experience!

Let’s just say I’ll never be visiting the salon again, maybe this experience has scarred me for Rush in general now!

Rude manager lady and the stylist Damien, half hearted and a very rushed hair wash and cut because they were trying to accommodate more people? When I booked the appointment, it was supposed to be with a different stylist for a toner and a cut. On the day, the manager told me sorry you can only get a cut because we don’t have enough time?? I should have left then but god knows why decided to stay. Then the ‘45 minutes’ they allocated to me even fell short as their next customer arrived. So they started rushing through my hair dry (after and uneven cut). They guy also gave me attitude for pointing out that the cut was obviously uneven! They were very shameless about their attitude as well.Easily my worst salon experience ever! If I wanted this kind of service I would go to supercuts.

Sorry Rush - this is absolutely terrible. I used to be a regular but never again.

What a HAPPY COINCIDENCE!
I don't go to the hairdressers often so this was a big treat for me, and I was hoping for it to be a lovely experience, but it didn't start out that way.
Because of public transport I was late for my appointment, I called ahead to let them know and the lady on the phone was very blunt with me and said if I was any later I would lose my appointment.
When I arrived in a huff a lovely man greeted me, but then I was assigned a different hairdresser. This hairdresser and the lady from the phone talked "at me" about my options now that I was late and I did not feel welcome at all. and was very worried about the haircut I was about to receive.
LUCKILY the lovely man who greeted me at the door stepped in and said he would do my haircut.... this was the HAPPIEST Coincidence that's happened to me in ages.
He was sooo lovely, and actually listened to what I wanted and super helpful when helping me decide what was going to look good.
So I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to DAVID!
I love my new short haircut! and he advised me to stay my natural colour which I have and I'm loving it!
He listened to my silly chat and was really the highlight of my day! So thank you for turning what I thought was going to be a horrible appointment into a Great one!
With big companies like RUSH it's hard to know what your going to get, but overall I recommend David! Great at his job and just a really nice guy :)
Will go back... but only to see him ;P

I booked with David because the Google reviews were amazing. Honestly, so happy I did. I had planned to get highlights and a cut and he actually talked me out of colour and I'm glad he did. It's refreshing to work with a stylist who isn't just trying to upsell you. The cut was amazing and my hair felt really refreshed. Will definitely be back!

It was a mixed experience. While the colouring was very good, the general attitude of the main receptionist / manager was very poor. At the end of the colouring session and wash, she took over from the main colourist and barely dried my hair and implied it was the end of the treatment. I asked her to completely dry my hair given that it was very cold outside and I didn't want to catch a cold with a half wet head. She didn't even brush my hair and when asked presented me with a brush ! That's generally appealing service for a hairdresser! I put 3 stars due to the colouring being very good. But the general customer service provider by the main receptionist / manager is very sub-par and rather than being driven by income she should be providing an overall good customer experience.
