Really happy with the haircut I had today. The only issue I had were the mirrors that were very high up and I could only see the top of my head!! Otherwise I would give a 5 star review. The hairdresser did my hair just how I wanted.

Wendy was really friendly and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. She was also efficient and speedy - no faffing about! Really pleased with my long bob, will definitely be recommending to friends and family

Went for a dry cut and the entire experience was top draw! Staff are very pleasent,professional and will always make sure you're 100% happy with your barnet. Not enough stars from Google for me to review this place properly in my opinion the best HD in the east end and in the city.

It took me so long to write a review because I had an issue with my Google account but I need to write this to prevent future customers experiencing what I did.

I rang to book a blow dry and I specifically said on the phone that I had nano bond extensions, would this be ok? Etc. I was told that it would be no problem.

When I got there, I had my hair washed and that was fine but when I had the actual blow dry, 6 of my hair extensions were pulled out - it was agony. I had had them for over a year and they had never fallen out before so I was pretty shocked. It was all very awkward too because I couldn’t really leave with my hair half done because I was going out, so I had to sit and endure the rest. I paid because they had given me their time but in hindsight I really shouldn’t have paid; if they’re not qualified or competent with extensions then they should never have agreed to blow dry my hair in the first place.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Do not go here to get your hair coloured or bleached. Got my roots bleached here and parts were missed out, the bleach was left on for 25 minutes longer than necessary, leaving my hair feeling dry and damaged. Then when it came to the colour i provided 3 boxes for shoulder length hair (the recommended is 2) so i provided more than needed and still somehow 3 boxes were used and only 2/3 of my hair was covered meaning i had to leave with my hair partially dyed and still paying full price, with no reduction for the fact i provided my own hair dye also. Find somewhere else for colouring because these people do not seem trained.

Michelle never disappoints! Been coming here for years to get my hair cut and coloured and it's always done perfectly. Friendly atmosphere, clean equipment and professional service.
