The salon is well kept and staff are friendly and accommodating. My lovely therapist was Lorenza. Been having waxing sessions with her and she makes sure you are comfortable, never awkward and does it with care and efficiency.

Excellent local hairdressers and beauty salon. Had my first haircut here recently and I am so pleased with the results. Loved the salon, very clean and friendly place. Great massage chairs! Good price. I would recommend!

Good bye Lena Morris:
Treatment costs:
How can you possibly justify a 100% price rise!
Having been a regular client of yours since February 2015 to be informed that as you haven’t increased your prices for a number of years a gel manicure would now cost me £35 per visit, l do understand that you have costs to cover but really £25 to £35! Have you seen how many alternative nail bars are in Bromley and it’s surrounding area with competitive prices and much bigger colour choices. I would like to thank Lorenza for her excellent customer service attitude she is one of the best nail technicians l have so far come across and l part with regret that Lorenza will no longer be caring for me.

Service received and the final outcome were great each time I had my hair done. Lena Morris is very clean and staff are friendly.

I am hoping that I have finally found a professional salon that adequately takes care of my Afro Caribbean hair.

The salon is clean and has friendly staff but don't be fooled.
Please if you love your natural Afro hair or have mixed textured hair PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use this hair salon! The hair stylist called Maz claims that she knows how to cut and maintain Afro hair but she doesn't have a clue! stick to what you know... European Hair and then has the cheek to charge extortionate prices £95.
The worse so- called Afro hair salon in South East London/Kent area.

I am a very busy mum and don't treat myself very often. I am new to hair salons and Lena Morris was recommended by my daughter.. I couldn't have wished for a better experience. I was a bit anxious walking in but Rachel was lovely, she talked me through my options for my first ever hair colour. I am pleased with the service, everyone was really friendly, and i love my new hair colour! X

I found Lena Morris via a google search online and was so excited to find a local Afro-Caribbean Hair salon (my usual one is a few good miles away and not as convenient to get to). So I excitedly booked a personalised hair treatment which showed as a total of £35 on Treatwell. When it came time to pay, I was told I had to pay £65. So essentially almost double my expectation. I only had £35 cash on me and explained what information is displayed online when you book. However, on-screen in the salon, I could see “shampoo and blowdry” as an additional £30)...errrm you can’t have a treatment without shampoo, so not sure why the demarcation of services and also with nothing to indicate when booking that you will need to book two separate services. What a rip off. I spoke to the manager and really wasn’t impressed with the reason given as it made little sense (they have promised to change the info online) but now I have to do an online transfer for the balance. I also saw a first time walk-in customer come in and get a money off voucher. I asked for the same as it was also my first time...but as the visit was “over” and since I had booked online, I wasn’t eligible for it. Disappointed at the way the whole thing was handled as a bit of discretion / concession could have been used.

On the plus side Hadiya who was my stylist was absolutely lovely and looked after me well (I’m 8.5 months pregnant). She was attentive to me, ensuring I had cool water throughout the visit and was mindful of the heat from the steamer and my general well being.

I would’ve loved to make this my “go-to” salon but unfortunately would have to be reallyyyyy desperate to return there.

I had a 'model' set of classic eyelashes applied here which means the technician is training. It was advised upon booking that the application would take a longer than usual because the technician is still training. The salon itself is bright and clean, the staff member who let me in was warm and friendly. I was offered a hot drink which is lovely. My lash tech decided to use j curl lashes on me which are very natural looking and I like it, the set took around 3.5 hours to apply but when they were finished the right eye and left eye did not match, the lash tech explained that this is because my lashes are too short on one side. I don't have any lash extensions on the outer corner of my left eye and a lot of the lashes on my left eye were applied at a funny angle, additionally the lash tech glued several of my lashes together and applied one lash to them, so I have less available lashes on the left to apply an extension or infill. I've been getting single lash extensions for a long time on/off and I presented with a full set of healthy natural lashes on the day. More experienced lash techs have never had an issue applying a full set of classic lashes on me. I don't mind giving a newer tech experience but if the set looks a bit off, I do think the client should be allowed back to get them taken off or infilled. My issue is mainly with what happened AFTER I called management to see if my lashes could be balanced out and she blamed me for having short eyelashes, I offered to come in and PAY for an infill but they refused to book me in. I did call twice and give the salon a chance to rectify the issue but I was told basically there's nothing they can do. I think the least they could have done was to take them off. I didn't ask for a refund and was willing to pay for an infill with the experienced lash tech.
