Over the years I've tried most of the local salons and this is the only one I'll now go to. You can get your hair cut and they also have a lady called Claire who does nails which is great. Quality does vary a lot between the different hairdressers but I think that's the same in most salons. Find the hairdresser you like and book all your appointments with them!

I am always anxious about new hairdressers since I have tight ringlets and my hair takes a long time to grow out, but I could not have been in better hands. The team were incredibly patient and understanding when I brought them photos to work from and asked them to use my hair products in place of theirs. Despite my tricky hair type they clearly knew what they were doing and I left with a beautiful new style. I am SO happy, thank you to the whole team.

I have sat and considered this for a week. I’m not one for leaving a bad review. However, I will never return to this salon. I should have cancelled my appointment the moment I booked it. The day I booked in the lady who booked my appointment couldn’t have been less interested or wanted me out quicker. I had booked myself in for a restyle and colour. My daughter for a restyle. She quickly threw some dye behind my ear and booked the appointment. The ushered me out. Maybe I don’t fit the demographic in there. The day of the appointment came. I was seated in my chair and the girl doing my hair came over. Barely a hello, let alone how can she help me achieve my hair goal. I thought a trip to salon was meant to be enjoyed, I was nervous anyway and I was never reassured. I showed her some pictures of the colour and cut I wanted similar too. I couldn’t be further from the colour. I actually showed her warm blonde balayage. She’s given me ash almost grey. I wanted a warm dark root tint.. I have that. But against the bleach the roots look like a bad dye job. I can’t stand it. My cut is okay. Nothing to write home about. Not many layers, but I can deal with the cut. That isn’t going to cost me a fortune to have redone. Throughout the hair appointment she barely spoke or consulted with me. She would just get on with it like I was a hindrance to her day, she would also just walk away when she was done. There was no communication. I wasn’t even offered a drink until I had been there over an hour when I heard other women being offered as soon as they were seated. At first I thought I could learn to like my hair, everytime I look at it I regret staying and having it done. I should have walked out after my initial interaction with my stylist. The trainee that washed my hair just pulled me around didn’t ask me to lift my head just yanked me around. Didn’t tell me she was leaving a toner on my hair for ten minutes just walked away and left me in the sink. I really expected more from a hairdresser that has been in this town for years. My daughters hair.. we showed her a picture of shaggy 70s style hair just modernised. My daughter had a few layers put in and fringe. I basically got charged £30 for fringe to be put in. Again she walked away when she was done without an acknowledgment she was done. She just waited by the till for us to come over. Less than impressed with both our hairs and will be having both rectified elsewhere. I wouldn’t waste my time or money here again.

Best place, where to go to all your hair needs,staff very helpful, friendly, outstanding customer service,as soon you enter building, you are metby very polite, friendly reception lady,which makes you feel welcomed. I went to Elizabeth ,she most amazing hairdresser ever ,she advised me what colour will suit better,explained whole procedure ,how we will achieve wanted result,would like to say huge huge thank you to her.

Visited a couple of weeks ago to get my hair cut and then returned a week later for colouring. I hadn't been to a hair dresser in years and hadn't had my hair cut for around 6 years so I had very long hair that due to chronic illness was becoming very difficult to manage. I had a good foot cut off and colour retouched, both visits I had excellent service and care, the salon was very clean and Covid rules kept to. Lovely staff, made me feel very welcome, will be returning again!

Great salon, had the most amazing scalp massage from one of the juniors today sorry I did not get your name! & Lauren always knows what I want and makes sure I leave the salon looking like a new person with my ever changing hair 😂💖 thank you ladies!!

Great hairdressers, the staff are so friendly, you feel really relaxed, and comfortable... Lauren cuts my hair I highly recommend her brilliant hairdresser and such a lovely lady..
