Want to say thank you to all the amazing staff at Sorella. Such a lovely bunch of people. Atmosphere is so relaxing! My consultation with Lucy was lovely. She helped me figure out what was best for my hair and explained in detail how the process and future sessions would take. She also gave me a breakdown of price which I have not received from any other hair salon.

My appointment with Scarlett couldn’t have been any better. She was very sweet and did an amazing job. I was so in love with my hair and it gave me so much confidence. She recommended products which would be good to maintain my colour and explained how to use it too. Overall, I will be coming back again in the future and would recommend this salon to anyone. Thank you so much.

My first visit, rather nervous, so I decided on a consultation as my hair is fine and needs all the help it can get to increase its volume!

I needn't have worried. Luna was amazing. She understood my particular issue, suggested options and the resulting cut and blow dry was excellent. I am SO pleased with the result! She is someone I can trust to keep my hair looking good.

I have now made another booking and look forward to being a regular client!!

My second appointment at Sorella and I couldn't be happier. The salon is just as brilliant and friendly as the reviews say - I can undertand why people travel miles to have their hair done here. Luna has re-styled and trimmed my hair - she took time, listened to what I wanted but also gave great advice. Excellent attention to detail. Beautiful cut and finish.

This was my second visit to Luna at the salon. She really listens to what you would like and, after helping me decide on a style for my particular type of hair on my first visit, cut it beautifully again today. Nice relaxed feel to the salon too. Would recommend!

Today I popped into Sorella to get my hair sorted (Was a mess prior to this appointment !) I am someone that is time efficient.. so was great to be straight away taken to the salon seat for a consultation. Now, this was a trainee using my hair for modelling.

What I loved is how thorough the consultation was. Another employee was supporting and guiding her which was nice because at the end I felt super confident about what was being done.
Clear. On the same page. Happy.

I was offered a drink 2x which shows that they have great customer service skills.

What I loved is how friendly both trainee and stylist where. Unfortunately I haven’t had the best experience in salons.. this team where friendly and nice. Overall a cool relaxing vibe.

The trainee was super clean in her work. She was gentle and gave a 10/10 head massage. Women want to feel pampered whilst getting their hair done, this was relaxing.

Overall, I love my hair. It’s looking glossy, soft, and beautiful. They fixed a mess of what it was and I will vouch for this place. Lovely little salon in the heart of Knaphill

So this is my first time getting my hair coloured. First of all, I have to say how welcoming the staff are. They offer drinks, magazines and make sure your comfortable throughout your time there. Everything was explained to me in detail and everything was discussed about exactly what I wanted. Through out the session, I was comfortable and relaxed. Their was nice chats flowing to. The results of my hair was emotional. I was extremely happy with the results and I will be returning. She did an amazing job with my hair but also made the experience a great one. So thank you Lily and team.

Wanted to say a massive thank you to Lucy and the girls at Sorella, I have been going grey for a while from very dark hair, I decided to embrace the grey so had a consultation with Lucy about gradually highlighting to go all over grey. Every one of your girls have been amazing and patient with me, I was worried about how it would affect the condition of my hair but the treatments I've also received have been fab and last night I finally got the colour I wanted and absolutely love it! The salon itself is beautiful and has a very warm and welcoming feel to it. I would highly recommend Sorella :)

I travelled all the way from Reading to get my hair done by Danielle at Sorella! I had such a lovely experience today! All of the girls are so welcoming. I had balayage and a cut done and it did not disappoint at all, I absolutely love my hair. Danielle knew exactly what to do with my very warm orangey toned hair. I have booked in my next session already to build on the balayage ready for my wedding next year.
