Booked a last minute appointment for a haircut and styling with Emma, who did an amazing job! She helped me find the perfect style that suited me. More than happy with the service, will definitely come back again!

Emma has been my hairdresser for the past year and a half. She was an apprentice but qualified part-way this year and is now a stylist. She has transformed my former out-of-control, dark brown hair mop to a glorious shoulder length bob with caramel and golden highlights. She is extremely meticulous and ensures the highlights look natural (I can't stand stripy looking highlights), with sound advice on how to look after my hair. Would definitely recommend Emma, her cutting is exceptional for her level as a stylist, she is very attentive to your requirements and what would suit you, and I always know I will leave the salon with fabulous-looking hair!

I called for an appointment quite last minute and was able to get one for the very next evening! My stylist, Nicole was skilled, attentive, relaxed in conversation and professional and is responsible for the very neat, super short haircut I am currently rocking! I will be going back!
One point to improve on - the ladies toilet at the back of the building could do with a hook on the back of the door to hang a handbag or jacket.

First time here but will definitely be back. Booked for a redesign and I am very happy. They listened to what I wanted, showed me some styles and did a great cut. Very relaxed and friendly with safety measures in place.

The lady who did my hair was lovely but didn’t know how to do a very simple and basic updo which I went to get done and paid for. Very disappointing!

After consultation and discussion and confirmation she understood exactly what I wanted cut and colour wise. I ended up with nothing like it! Gave the salon a second chance after previous disaster at Tring salon years back. Wish I hadn’t. Salon agreed It’s a mess, offered to try and put right but - it’s too late the colour has ruined the look and no way of going back.

Had my hair done here for a year now and honestly couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Amazing salon. All the staff extremely professional and friendly, always a positive experience and my hair is always done exactly how I like it.

Went in to discuss my hair colour. The colourist/stylist didn't even ask me to sit down, looked at my hair from behind the counter and asked me what I wanted. She was disinterested and suggeted I find a picture of what I wanted then asked if I wanted to book! No thanks.
