I had my first visit to this hairdresser about a week ago. A bit apprehensive as I have had bad experiences at other hairdressers. This one however was amazing!!! I think the stylist was called Victoria - ask for her! Felt really relaxed and welcomed. Best haircut I have ever had. It falls exactly how I wanted it to with little if any effort of styling. Definitely going to become my hairdresser... Thank you Victoria

I went along yesterday to Toni & Guy to have a curly blow-dry, it was offered to me for free as the hairdresser Sade was still learning. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, all of the staff were very friendly and smiling, the salon was clean and tidy, I was offered drinks whilst there. Sade was lovely, so easy to get on with, she was very professional and calm and I felt safe and comfortable with her looking after my hair. Sade put a treatment on my hair which I paid for and it was lovely to have a little pamper. I would definitely visit here again as it didn't have that often cold/judgmental feel, I really felt welcomed and deserved to be here. Thank you Sade, Louise

Absolutely thrilled too bits with my new hair style My stylist Victoria was extremely professional talented beyond words and such a lovely friendly lady I felt so relaxed and comfortable knowing Victoria was creative and experienced in every way possible, All the staff were inviting and friendly such a wonderful happy salon, I am so very happy and will be returning and letting my family and friends know where to go for a beautiful professional hair cut. 10/10 all round

Disappointing...
I paid £58 for a haircut and a straight blowdry. I don't mind the price, as long as I have the service I am supposed to pay.
The hairdresser was friendly, but she was uncomfortable with my hair. My hair is thick and much, so it would be best to pass me to somebody with more experience if she couldn't deal with it.

The haircut was ok, but not sharp and the blowdry was so messy that at the end, I could see a few curly pieces of hair underneath. The protection spray was just a splash, and no oil or cream was applied after the blowdry. The bottom of my hair was frizzed and very fluffy!

As an overall experience, I didn't receive the attention my hair needs. The whole process lasted 45 minutes, and usually, it lasts roughly 1 hour. I felt it was meant to be done fast. It was my first and last time at Toni n' Guy, as local saloons spend more time with their customers.

As I said, the attitude of the hairdresser was friendly and welcoming, but the actual result was disappointing. The managing team needs to help, supervise and train more of the staff that has the potential to be evolved into good professionals.

I’m not really one to writing bad reviews, however today has been very disappointing at WGC Toni and Guy salon - after years of using this salon think it’s time to venture other places.

Used this salon since 2007, at the beginning it was great but recently the service deteriorated and less friendly!!! My last cut and blow dry was not to a standard that I was charged at! Very very disappointing with Simon. I thought he was professional.

Have been visiting Toni & Guy for at the least the last ten years. The salon is always very welcoming and friendly, clean and efficient. There is a really nice atmosphere, I enjoy my visits and the lovely coffee too! Always delighted with a superb colour service (thank you Stephanie) and excellent hair cut (Thank you Lucy). The products are gorgeous and it is a nice treat to buy some for home.

I've been a client here for twenty years this month now, and I've always been made to feel welcome by all the team. Lovely hair cuts, and good advice how to look after the style/colour. Thank you xxxx
