Heaven On Earth Hair and Beauty Salon

My daughter had her hair cut here this afternoon. After a cancellation at another salon and ringing around a few other places I'm really glad we came here. My 6 year old loved it, they made her feel really special, she loved the whole experience and her hair looks great. Would definitely recommend and I will be using their services myself.

I was well looked after from the very moment I stepped into Heaven on Earth. I was greeted by welcome smiles and kind faces and instantly felt more relaxed. My boyfriend had phoned up that morning and booked me in for a pamper session at 2.15pm as a treat after a stressful week at work (he gets a 5 star review too). This isn't something I've ever done before, so didn't really know what to expect.

I was offered refreshments straight away and introduced to Sophie who took me up to the treatment rooms to start with a back massage. Everything was clean and tidy and the room was set up with an ambiance of pure relaxation with gentle chiming music and mood lighting. I didn't once feel nervous or self-conscious and was handled with care and professionalism. The massage was so good I almost fell off the table when it was time to get dressed. Sophie then did my manicure and hand massage. My nails look amazing.

I was then introduced to Emily who gave me a head and shoulders oil pre-treatment, which was so good I could have fallen asleep in the chair. She then washed, blow dried and curled my hair. I'm not usually comfortable/good at hairdresser small talk but I could have quite easily sat there and chatted to Emily all day.

Now feeling super relaxed and my hair looking gorgeous, Sophie finished off my pamper afternoon with a pedicure to match my nails and foot massage.

During the brief moments waiting between treatments I chatted to other customers who also couldn't speak more highly of the staff and their services. I was checked up on regularly to make sure I was enjoying myself and whether I needed anything else. Throughout the afternoon everyone was accomodating, complimentary and not once did I feel hurried or rushed.

I left at 5.30pm feeling like I was on cloud nine. I would recommend Heaven on Earth to anyone. Thank you to everyone who looked after me particularly Sophie and Emily who were both fantastic and highly skilled at what they do. I hope to visit again soon.

I had a massage recently with Ella and would highly recommend. From beginning to end the experience in the salon was amazing. Everyone was friendly and professional and I left feeling super relaxed.

This is the second time I've had the candle wax full body massage and I always leave feeling fully relaxed and content. My masseuse Ella was welcoming and listened to what I needed. Throughout the massage she was professional and understanding and I really felt relaxed before during and after. Thank you Ella, I'll be booking again! 😊

We have been using Heaven and Earth on and off for years. More recently because it’s local to my mother who now is vulnerable and it requires me to support her. Unfortunately a very last minute problem occurred and I was unable to attend to support my mother during her appointment. Whilst I appreciate cancellation policies and loss of income, the team were not understanding and were happy to take the full amount of the appointment and then wanted to take the next amount for the next appointment. I could not understand why yes the hairdresser should be compensated for her loss of time. But no products were used no electricity was used so surely a percentage of the overall amount could have gone to her next appointment ???
Unfortunately nobody was interested in helping us and I am bitterly disappointed that they could not consider exceptional circumstances on individual basis to a long standing customer. Sadly that selfishness will mean we will not be going back.

I would just like to say my whole experience yesterday was amazing from start to finish . The lovely lady on the front desk was so kind and helpful . Lisa was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what my hair needed , and believe me it was a dry overprocessed mess !! Now it is soft and manageable again . I feel like a new woman . Already booked in for my next appointment 😁

My 4 year old daughter went for her first proper hair cut, and with her having really strong curly hair I didn’t think they’d be able to do it but they did and her hair was perfect the staff are absolutely lovely and we will be back

I went for a full body and scalp pregnancy massage here and all I can say is WOW!!
I was very impressed throughout. Wasn’t expensive and was an amazing experience!
I was a little nervous upon arrival as it was my first massage. However all the ladies made me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed and I really enjoyed myself.
My body feels brand new!!!
I have no idea why I have never had one before!!
Deffo recommend!
