The Salon

I had a first-time appointment on 15 Aug. with the lovely Debbie. It was a dry cut, layered, and she did just a fantastic job. She has incredible skill and took the time she needed, no rushing, and gave me a really wonderful cut. I love it. Highly, highly recommended.

I wish I'd started using The Salon years ago. Kelly and the team are so friendly and professional. My appointment ran on time and they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with social distancing, face coverings and hand sanitising. Most importantly, I love my new hair! Thank you Kelly

Had the BEST hair experience of my whole entire life here! I’ve been burnt (figuratively) by salons before, so was quite nervous before my appointment here … but I couldn’t have had a better time.

They really took their time to understand exactly what I wanted and kept me updated through the whole journey. They put so much time and care into my hair - I had 4 different staff members at different points in the process, and each one was wonderful.

I’m honestly so excited to go back, and I have never loved my hair more!

Best haircut I've had since I moved to the area nearly 5 years ago. Tash listened to what I wanted, gave some advice and then exactly the cut I'd asked for. She was so nice to talk to too. Can't wait to go back for my colour.

The Salon has a lovely informal friendly feel to it. Everyone seems to take pride in their work and Kelly does a great curly cut. What brought me to The Salon originally was seeing towels drying on an airer outside! I thought it was a good sign of caring for the environment and suggested a small local business, looking after its own stuff. Now I know more, I'm so impressed with the level of thought Kelly gives to the environment as well as to clients - thinking about everything from using refills and sourcing oway products for their values to being part of Green Salon Collective to recycle or reuse as much salon waste as possible. And she's trying to get other salons to change too. What a great place.
