Excellent appointment as usual. Sammy always does good highlights and excellent cut and style. All on time. Good to relax with refreshments and of course that wonderful head massage when the conditioner is applied is just so good. Thank you Toni and Guy Ipswich for making me feel (and look) so much better!

Lost my confidence in previous hairdressers but these lovely ladies (particularly Christine and Chantelle) did a brilliant job with my hair. They were all so professional and friendly and I felt they really cared for the finished product! Confidence completely restored, will be returning!

This was my first visit to a hairdressers since Jan 2020, due to Covid and I'm new to the area so was nervous. I was aware you pay a bit more for T & G but as it had been so long, i wanted to go with a company i had success with before (in other branches) and I wanted a bit of pampering! I had an appointment with Chantelle for a cut and blow dry. I have quite challenging thick hair! Chantelle did an excellent job. I was really really happy with the result and it was well over a week before i needed to wash it again it lasted so well. I also found Chantelle very professional and friendly and would highly recommend her. If I am still in the area when I need my next hair cut, I will return to this Toni & Guy and to Chantelle as I enjoyed the experience (especially the massage chair & Chantelle's massage) and was very satisfied with the result.

They are very commercial they don’t care about clients need. I booked in for hair cut blow dry and balayage expecting the blow dry to be done after balayage. But they called me again saying hairdresser isn’t available on the same day so I booked in the hair cut before . I had a consultation with the lady manager before hand but she didn’t explain me anything about how a balayage doesn’t include blow dry and it’s at additional cost. She is very inconsiderate. I had paid £35 just for blow dry style one day day before just pay again the next for my balayage and blow dry.

I have had a full head of highlights and a cut. I have paid an exaggerated price and the result was just not good. The hairdresser has focused on the top half of my head and as such, the bottom half is a completely different colour. After five hours, it was a disappointment. I will need my hair redone. Would not recommend.

Chantelle cut my hair then, miraculously managed to colour it too, despite me not making a booking for a colour. The whole team worked to get me out of the salon happy and fabulous! 10/10 ☀️☀️☀️

I came to Tony&guy with all sorts of colours in my hair after using a box dye which ruined the colour. I was hoping they could make it look good again. This was the first time I had Sydney as my stylist, and I asked for my hair to be all blue. Sydney was so lovely and professional and explained the whole process with me. I am extremely happy with my hair, it’s exactly what I wanted, it’s a nice even colour now as well as being healthy. I will definitely be returning.

Terri absolutely knocked it out the park, I feel like a new person I really haven’t felt confidence like this in so long 🖤 lovely wash (the water can run a little cold but don’t be nervous to ask for it to be warmer so they can get it perfect) and massage also 10/10. I hope everyone at T&G has had a lovely Christmas Day 🎄
