Supercuts Guildford

Couldn't have been more happy today at Supercuts. A fresh team who seemed experienced. One of the best haircuts I've had for ages from a lovely lady calked Lolita. Will be going back for colour soon. My fav salon in Guildford now, worth the wait...

Would have given 0 stars if it was an option. Went in to get my 4yr old boys hair cut, met by a male reception who was just very distant and hard to talk with. Told there was a 3 hour wait and they'd phone when it was his turn. Phone call came in 20 minutes late, great right!? No. Went straight back, asked to take a seat, waited 35 minutes only for the same male hairdresser/receptionist to then inform me they couldn't do his hair cut because they didn't have the clippers in today!!! He was very rude about it wirh no apology offered at all! Absolute joke, I would recommend ANYWHERE else

Had a great experience. Had no wait, shampoo smells amazing 😂 whole experience was relaxing and I got exactly what I asked for which was just a trim, normally if I ask for this they take way to much off. He done just enough and made it look fresh.

Had to put one star but don't deserve any. Waited half an hour then was told they don't use clippers even though we asked before we waited. The male hair dresser looked like he didn't want to be there and looked so miserable. Will never go there for a hair cut. Bunch of half wits . Rude and disgusting behaviour. If you don't like your job then leave

You could feel the toxicity of the environment, the workers did not want to be there and you could clearly see it. Hairdressers criticising costumers as soon as they left, making rude remarks. By their faces and attitude it felt like I was bothering them by walking in.

the guy who did my hair was super nice, he bleached my hair then coloured it purple, it turned out super awesome aswell. deffo will be going again. would recomend. :)

There's alot of reviews on here that speak about the staff having a bad attitude. I ignored it and went ahead for an appointment. The guy that works there really didn't want to be there, his attitude when i spoke about a trim made me cancel my session on the spot. There's no way i was going to trust him with me hair when he was so rude. #poor customer service! I wont be back.

Questionable service for the price I paid (£85).
A shoulder hair colour ending to be root only, spent 1h 1/2 in a cold room, shampoo applied with almost no massage, and poor blow dry with products applied on wet hair.
